Sub: Internship Offer Letter

Dear Mr. Jebin C,

We are pleased to extend an offer for an internship position in our organization, Digital Techworks.
Based on your qualifications and interview, we believe you will be a valuable addition to our team.

Position: The position we are offering is that of a FullStack Developer Intern.

Start Date: The internship will commence on 11-June-2025 and will continue till 11-Dec-2025. Your
total internship period was 6 months.

Work Schedule: You will be expected to work 48 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 9:30
am to 7:00 pm, including lunch and tea break.

Compensation: Initially for the first 3 months no stipend; after 3 months you will get a stipend of INR
5,000 per month. You will receive this stipend at the end of each month.

Roles and Responsibilities:

 Your primary role will be assisting to Software Development Team

Company Policies: You will be expected to adhere to our company's rules, regulations, and
guidelines, including confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements.

Please note that this offer of an internship does not constitute a promise or guarantee of employment
when the internship period is over. This internship is at-will, meaning either you or Digital Techworks
may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause or prior notice.

Please sign and return this letter by 11-June-2025 to confirm your acceptance of the internship
position.
