decision-making. Case studies from leading MNCs are analyzed to demonstrate the practical
application of the conceptual framework, showcasing how organizations have successfully
integrated sustainable procurement practices. Findings reveal that organizations adopting
sustainable procurement strategies experience improved brand reputation, cost savings, and
enhanced risk management while contributing to global sustainability targets. This conceptual
framework serves as a strategic guide for MNCs aiming to harmonize business goals with
environmental stewardship. By leveraging sustainability as a core component of procurement,
companies can achieve competitive advantage while advancing global sustainability agendas.
