BUSINESS TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Quotation Validity: The offer is valid for a period of 30 days. The hardware and software availability is
totally depended on the stock availability with the concerned distributors. We will not be responsible
for the unavailability on unexpected circumstances.
2. Job Description & Price: The quotation is made for only the jobs described in supplied drawing; any
additional job will be invoiced separately.
3. Project Commencing/Material [Software / Hardware] Delivery: 4-6 weeks from date of confirmed
PO, or based on availability of the items with the manufacturer, from the date of advance payment and
company stamped LPO.
4. Warranty: Warranty will be 1 year from the date of commissioning / provided by the respective
manufacturer/distributor. All terms andconditions by respective manufacturer/distributor applied.
5. Order Cancellation: Due to the procurement based on back to back order, the order cannot be
cancelled or revised. The paid amount
6. Payment Terms: 100% in advance .
Exclusions
1. Approval / NOC from any local authority.
2. Any item not listed in the bill of quantities.
3. Civil, false ceiling, gypsum pole installation, wood and metal works.
4. Secure onsite storage area.
Pre-Requisites
1. Site conditions before installation: 230 ac stable electricity supply.
2. Prior approvals for drilling and fixing devices.
