Refund Policy for Academic Year 2025-26


(As per the UGC Refund Policy 2024 25)
a. As UGC is yet to notify the Refund Policy for the Academic year 2025-26,
Maharashtra National Law University, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar has
decided to adopt guidelines of the UGC refund policy 2024-25, D.O. No.F.2-
71/2022 (CPP-II) (C-114546), circular dt. 12th June, 2024 for the current
admission cycle.

b. Adopting the above mentioned UGC refund policy, a full refund of tuition
fees will be made on account of all cancellations of admissions/migrations of
student up to 30th September 2025 and with a deduction of not more than Rs
₹1,000.00 as a processing fee, up to 31st October 2025.

Note 1: After 31st October 2025, total tuition fees will be deducted.
Note 2: The above mentioned refund policy is applicable to all the candidates who
are admitted through CLAT and Institutional Rounds.
Note 3: Mess charges will be deducted as per the actuals.
