Opening Spiel
Kilven: It is the innate prowess and honored finesse, when melded with zeal, yield
boundless success.
Kilven: A wonderful and blessed morning, everyone! It is a great day to be gathered
here, united in one mission-to celebrate, learn, and grow together as we open another
exciting chapter of our Dinagatnon learners.
Quennie: Indeed! Today marks another golden opportunity to our pupils and
students from all over the division, not only to compete but to share experiences,
build friendship, and showcase their talents and skills.
Kilven: We are truly honored to welcome Everyone to this grand event. To all our
distinguished guests, respected division and school officials, dedicated educators,
enthusiastic students, and hardworking organizers – thank you for being part of this
significant gathering.
BOTH: This is the Opening Program of the Division Integrated Pupil and Student
Activity 2025. With the theme: BUGSAY for the future, Empowering Young Minds,
Honing Skills, and Advancing Excellence.
Kilven: Ladies and Gentlemen, Please all stand as we make way for the DREESMNHS
Boy Scout of the Philippines for the Entrance of Colors.
(Pause for the Entrance of Colors)
Kilven: To begin, let us express our love for our country as we pay tribute to our
nation, our faith, and our commitment as we sing the Philippine National Anthem to
be led by Dr. Edeliza F. Seguis, Education Program Supervisor in TLE, followed by a
solemn prayer to seek guidance and blessings for today’s event, to be led by Dr.
Emelinda Raza, Education Program Supervisor in Values Education.
Quennie: Afterwards, let us join our voices in unity as we sing the Caraga Hymn and
Division Hymn, showing our pride in our region and divison.
Kilven: And to reaffirm our dedication to quality education and lifelong learning, we
shall also listen to the Deped Quality Policy Statement via Audio-Video Presentation.

Kilven: Prepare to be captivated as we set the stage ablaze with energy, passion, and
school pride! To officially ignite the spirit of the DIPSA 2025, we bring you a
performance that embodies the heart and soul of this celebration.

Kilven: A great event like this deserves a warm and heartfelt welcome. To officially
open our celebration, we are honodred to have with us a leader who continuously
advocates for quality education and holistic student development. Let us give a
resounding round of applause to our Assistant Schools Division Superintendent in the
Division of Dinagat Islands, Dr. Bryan L. Arreo, who will deliver the Welcome Address.

Quennie: As we embark on this journey of learning and competition, it is important to
understand the very essence of DIPSA – why are gathered here today and what this
event aims to achieve.
Kilven: To give us a deeper understanding of the purpose and significance of the
DIPSA 2025, let us now listen to the reading of the DIPSA Rationale. Delivering this
important message is a dedicated leader and passionate advocate for quality

is the moment where each district proudly showcases their unity, school spirit, and
boundless energy.
Quennie: Each district has prepared a rousing yell that embodies their passion,
determination, and competitive spirit. Let us cheer them on as they set the stage on
fire with their pride and enthusiasm! Please be reminded that each presentation

Kilven: As we gather today to celebrate talent, teamwork, and excellence, it is only
fitting that we hear words of wisdom and inspiration from a leader who has been a
steadfast pillar of education in the Division of Dinagat Islands. A visionary, mentor,
and passionate advocate for holistic development ---- she continues to lead with
dedication and purpose.
Quennie: At this moment, let us give our warmest welcome the Schools Division
Superintendent of the Division of Dinagat Islands, Dr. Florence E. Almaden, as she
