ECONOMICALLY WEAKER SECTIONS – 2025

LIC Golden Jubilee Foundation is pleased to announce “LIC Golden Jubilee Foundation
Scholarship Scheme 2025” all over India for interested and eligible students to pursue higher
education in the field of:
a) Medicine, Engineering, Graduation in any discipline, Integrated Courses, Diploma Course in
any field or other equivalent courses.
b) Diploma / Vocational Courses through Government recognized Colleges/Institutes or courses
in Industrial Training Institutes (ITI).
Number of Scholarship :
General Scholarships : Eighty (Forty Boys + Forty Girls)
Special Scholarships for Girl Child: Twenty
Total Scholarships per Division : Hundred
[A]. Eligibility Conditions for Regular Scholarship (after 12th / Diploma/ 10th)
For a) above - Candidates who have passed Class XII /Diploma exam or equivalent in the
Academic year 2022-23/2023-24/2024-25 with at least 60% marks or equivalent CGPA grade
and, have taken first year admission in the academic year 2025-26.
For b) above - Candidates who have passed Class X exam or equivalent in the Academic year
2022-23/2023-24/2024-25 with at least 60% marks or equivalent CGPA grade and, have taken
first year admission in the academic year 2025-26.
[B]. Eligibility Conditions For Special Scholarship for Girl Child (after 10 th).
Candidates who have passed Class X exam or equivalent in the Academic year 2022-23 /
2023-24 / 2024-25 with at least 60% marks or equivalent CGPA grade and, have taken first
year admission in the academic year 2025-26 to pursue higher education in 10 + 2 pattern /
Vocational or Diploma through Govt recognized colleges for two year.
Income Criteria for above Scholarship:
Annual income of parents/guardian from all sources does not exceed Rs. 4,50,000/- per
annum.
Amount of Scholarships are as under :

1 Students pursuing education in the field of Medicine Rs.40,000/- per
(MBBS/BAMS/BHMS/BDS) annum
2 Students pursuing education in the field of Rs.30,000/- per
Engineering (BE/BTECH/B.ARCH) annum
3 Students pursuing regular Degree Courses such as Rs.20,000/- per
BA/BCOM/BSC etc or Diploma in any vocational annum.
Courses
4 Special Scholarship for Girl Child for pursuing Rs.15,000/- per
higher secondary education (HSC /Diploma/Inter. annum.
under 10+2 pattern) for two years
Note : Above scholarship is payable in two instalments

Online applications are invited through LIC Golden Jubilee Foundation Website link on
https://licindia.in home page from 01.09.2025. Last date for submission of Online
Applications will be 22.09.2025. Online is the only mode for submission of applications.
The short listed candidates will be informed by the Divisional Office for verification of the
information furnished in the On-Line Application and all the necessary documents are to be
submitted as and when called for by the Division.
