hote hain jo dikhte nahi, par har din chamakte hain.

👥 Characters:
 Principal Ma’am – Self-confident, dramatic flair

 Ram Bharose Bhaiya – Security guard, strict but lovable
 Chameli Tai – Cook, spicy personality
 Arjun – Overconfident student
 Siya – Smart, but unaware of staff efforts
 Narrator (V.O.) – Voice-over storyteller

🎬 Scene 1: Roz Ka Roz

(Lights up. Arjun and Siya enter school corridor, busy on their phones. Laxmi Didi is
sweeping stage left. The morning bell rings faintly in the background. Sound: soft, upbeat
school ambience.)

NARRATOR (V.O.):
Subah ka waqt. Bacche aa rahe hain, energy full on! Par unka din start kaise hota hai, kabhi
socha hai?

ARJUN:
(Scrolling)
Yaar, kal ka physics test… pura dimaag ghoom gaya!

SIYA:
Aur upar se 7:30 ki bus! School ki timing toh Army se bhi tight hai.
(They walk past Laxmi Didi, who drags a heavy dustbin with effort.)

LAXMI DIDI:
(Huffing)
Subah 5 baje se jhaadoo… lagta hai meri jhaadoo mujhse pehle retire ho jaayegi.
(Chuckles to herself)
Aur bacche dhool kam, chamak zyada failate hain!

SIYA:
(Noticing her faintly but saying nothing)
Kya smell aa rahi hai yaar. Lagta hai lab ke paas koi kuch gira gaya hai.

(Lights shift to the gate. Ram Bharose Bhaiya is at his post, standing alert with a whistle.)

RAM BHAROSE BHAIYA:

(Stopping a car)
Madam, yeh school gate hai, Formula 1 track nahi. Horn maarne se pehle brakes lagana
seekhiye.

(Under breath)
Main subah se khada hoon. Ek cup chai ka intezaar hai… aur lagta hai chai bhi mujhe ignore
karti hai.

(Chameli Tai enters from kitchen with a huge ladle. Clanging of utensils is heard.)

CHAMELI TAI:
Chal re Sunita! Jaldi! Aaj dal makhani hai – bacche ungliyan chaatenge.
(To herself)
Par pyaaz kaat-kaat ke toh meri aankhon ne rona chhod diya hai.

🎬 Scene 2: Role Reversal!

(Principal Ma’am’s office. She’s standing proudly behind her desk. Arjun and Siya enter.)

PRINCIPAL MA’AM:
(Grinning)
Good morning, my future leaders! Aaj tum dono ek special duty pe ho.

ARJUN:
(Confidently)
Ma’am, presentation banana hai kya? PPT bana dunga – transition ke saath!
SIYA:
Or some club work? Quiz master banne ka experience bhi hai!

PRINCIPAL MA’AM:
Better! Tum dono school staff ke role mein rahoge – ek din ke liye! Arjun, tum security
guard. Siya, tum safai karmachari.

ARJUN:
(Confused laugh)
Gate duty? Like... whistle waale guard uncle?

SIYA:
(Chuckles)
Sweeping? I mean… we clean our rooms at home too. Easy!

(Shift to the gate. Arjun stands beside Ram Bharose Bhaiya, trying to copy his pose.)

RAM BHAROSE BHAIYA:

Hands behind back. Nazar seedhi. No laughing.

ARJUN:
Sir yes sir! Soldier mode activated!

(A student tries to sneak in with no ID.)

RAM BHAROSE BHAIYA:

Bas! ID dikhao! Arjun beta, rukwao use!

ARJUN:
(Holds hand up like traffic police)
ID! ID! Arey ruk bhai!

(The student walks past. Arjun stumbles.)

RAM BHAROSE BHAIYA:

Beta, yahaan level 1 nahi… direct boss level hota hai.

(Cut to corridor. Siya holds a jhaadoo, standing beside Laxmi Didi.)

SIYA:
Okay Didi, jhaadoo kaise chalate hain? Side se ya straight?

LAXMI DIDI:
Seedha dil se chalao, haath toh khud chalen…

(Siya sweeps clumsily. Dust rises and lands on her face.)

SIYA:
(Spits a little)
Ugh! Mera face mask dust ban gaya!

(A student drops a wrapper nearby.)

SIYA:
Hey! Wrapper uthao! Safai mein help karo!

STUDENT:
(Nonchalant)
Yeh toh didi ka kaam hai na?

SIYA:
(Stunned, looks at Laxmi Didi)
Oof. Main bhi yeh hi sochti thi…

LAXMI DIDI:
(Kindly)
Sab kaam important hota hai, beta. Bas, sab ko dikhta nahi.

🎬 Scene 3: Gratitude Ka Glow

(Later. Staff and students gathered. Chameli Tai serves chai to staff. Principal Ma’am stands
with a proud smile.)

PRINCIPAL MA’AM:
Aaj se hum in logon ko sirf staff nahi, heroes kahenge. Aap logon ke bina, school sirf walls
hai.

ARJUN:
(Hands joined)
Ram Bharose Bhaiya, aap gate ke guardian ho. Respect, sir.

SIYA:
Laxmi Didi… aapki jhaadoo mein magic hai. Sach mein.

CHAMELI TAI:
Aur hamare kitchen ki queen kaun? Chameli Tai!
(Sab hanste hain.)

RAM BHAROSE BHAIYA:

(Smiling)
Aaj gate pe ek baccha bola, “Uncle ko pareshan mat karo.” Dil khush ho gaya.

LAXMI DIDI:
Pehli baar kisi student ne bola, “Thank you, Didi!” Lagta hai kaam safal hua.

ARJUN & SIYA (together):

Aap sab ho hamare School Ke Real Heroes!

(They present handmade "Thank You" cards. Staff is touched. Applause. A slight tear in eyes.
Warm music plays.)

NARRATOR (V.O.):
Jo log stage pe nahi dikhte, unki performance har roz hoti hai.
Thodi si appreciation, zindagi bhar ka impact.

FINAL LINE – RAM BHAROSE BHAIYA:

Chai toh kabhi-kabhi milti hai…
Par respect? Wo agar mil jaye, toh din ban jaata hai.
