Kindly make a note of the following points for a smooth Parent-Teacher Interaction Session:
• Parent to log in with the child's name and roll number, which must be visible on the screen.
• Each parent to log in 3 minutes before the time slot allotted as per their ward's roll number.
• The teacher will admit a single parent (roll number wise) at a time, and other parents are requested to
wait for their turn in the Zoom waiting room.
• Each parent will get 8 minutes interaction time with the teacher.
• In case any parent misses his/her turn, he/she would get an opportunity to interact once the teacher
completes interacting with all the other parents in that particular time slot.
• Every parent is requested to stick to the allotted time slot and not switch over to any other time slot.
