NOTICE

It is hereby notified for the information of the Advocates and the parties appearing
in person that in the event of non-availability of any Court as also in the event of any
Court passing an order for not placing the matter before the said Court and in the
event impugned order is passed by one of the Hon’ble Judges of the Division Bench
taking up Original Side and Appellate Side matters, the Hon’ble the Acting Chief
Justice has been pleased to approve the following :
*1) The urgent mentioning and placing of the matters pertaining to the
Division Bench headed by the Hon’ble The Acting Chief Justice is
allowed before the Division Bench headed by the Hon’ble Smt. Justice
Revati Mohite Dere.
*2) The urgent mentioning and placing of the matters pertaining to the
Division Bench headed by the Hon’ble Smt. Justice Revati Mohite Dere
is allowed before the Division Bench headed by the Hon’ble Shri Justice
M. S. Sonak and vice versa.
*3) The urgent mentioning and placing of the matters pertaining to the
Division Bench headed by the Hon’ble Shri Justice Ravindra V. Ghuge
is allowed before the Division Bench headed by the Hon’ble Shri Justice
A. S. Gadkari and vice versa.
4) The urgent mentioning and placing of the matters pertaining to the
Division Bench headed by the Hon’ble Shri Justice G. S. Kulkarni is
allowed before the Division Bench headed by the Hon'ble Shri. Justice
B. P. Colabawalla and vice versa.
*5) The urgent mentioning and placing of the matters pertaining to the

NOTE
(A) This would also include the matters in which any Division Bench passes
an order not to place any particular matter before a bench of which one of
the Judges is a member or a Hon'ble Single Judge passes an order “Not
before me” or “Remove from board”, etc.
(B) The aforesaid directions shall be in force until the present assignment
continues.
(C) In the event of any difficulty in giving effect to the aforesaid general
directions and in the event when a matter cannot be placed before the
regular Court and the alternate Court as per this standing order, the
matter shall be placed before the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice for
appropriate directions.
