Dear Derek,
I write further to the above.
You will recall that pursuant to the signed contract for the supply of the goods mentioned below on the 28th July 2021, Flight Simulators Ltd were due to supply the Engineering Flight Simulator within 5 months of signing
the contract.
On the 11th of April, 2022, we received confirmation from yourselves that the contents had been shipped through Toll group and container no UACU841972 was loaded by Flight Simulators LTD on 11th of April providing
packing slip that container is containing 3 crates of following descriptions;
Container no UACU841972 arrived at its destination on the 12th of May 2022. The seal was intact and opened by us in front of the end user client. Inside the container we found 1 wooden box measuring 5 x 4.5 x 4 ft
while the rest of the container was found empty.
After opening the box in presence of the end users, the box was also found empty. Please find enclosed evidence confirming the same.
We suspect there the wrong container or contents were loaded for freight and therefore we would be grateful if you could investigate and revert back to us as a matter of urgency. We suspect this may be a simple mistake
and would appreciate clarification as to the steps that will be undertaken to remedy the situation.
As you will appreciate as there has been a failure to deliver the cargoes within the requisite timeframes, in the circumstance in order to avoid any unnecessary litigious action being undertaken I would appreciate an urgent
response.
