Methodology
The study adopted survey research design. The population of this study comprised 64,171 graduates of six
selected universities in South-West Nigeria. Sample size of 497 was determined using the Research Advisor’s
sample size table. The study adopted simple random sampling technique. A structured and validated
questionnaire was used for data collection. The Cronbach's alpha reliability coefficients for the constructs ranged
from 0.73 to 0.84. A response rate of 93.2% was recorded. Data was analysed using descriptive and inferential
(multiple linear and hierarchical regression) statistics at 5% level of significance.

Results and Discussion
The data analysis was conducted using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) software, version
27.0, with a significance threshold set at 5% for all statistical tests to align with the study’s objectives. A total
number of 497 copies of questionnaire were administered to graduates in selected Universities in South-West,
Nigeria. A total of four hundred and sixty-three (463) which represented 100% of the total copies of the
questionnaire administered were returned and found usable for the analysis.
