All students must join the Google Classroom and visit it daily for updates. No

reminders will be provided.
Communication Phone calls and messages are prohibited. Only email communication is allowed.
Leave requests must be sent via email, including enrollment number and a valid

Attendance Students with less than 75% attendance are ineligible for the end-term exam.
No retest options will be available . Students absent for the internal exam will be

Rules for Practical Subject
➢ It is compulsory for everyone to bring a laptop with a full
battery charge for the practical subject so that you can
perform the practical effectively.
➢ For the practical exam, always upload your files with your
enrollment number and name for all subjects.
➢ For file submission, kindly verify it with the course
coordinator at the end of the exam.
➢ Ensure that your laptop h a s full network access.

Any type of communication with any faculty member through informal communication app like
WhatsApp or Instagram or any such app is strictly NOT Entertained.
The only formal mode of communication will be considered and that is through Email and
Google Classroom only. Gujarat University Centre for Professional Courses or any of the
employees will not be responsible for any untoward situation arising from communication
through informal modes.
