Dear Student,

Welcome to Amity University Uttar Pradesh! I congratulate you on your


selection for the Academic Session 2025 - 26 and welcome you to the
Amity Family.

SECTION 1: THINGS TO DO BEFORE ARRIVING ON CAMPUS

1. Read this document carefully.

2. Registration Process: This is the first essential step towards joining


your programme at Amity. Please follow and complete all below steps.

Log on to Amizone (https://s.amizone.net/). Amizone will be your


academic portal throughout your time at Amity.
Your Amizone credentials are available on your admission microsite.
Once on Amizone, click on the “Registration” tab from the left menu.
You are required to complete and submit your Profile Entry Form
(Registration-cum-Enrollment Form).
A step by step guide has been created if you require it.
To view the PPT, click here.
Pending registration requirements will be marked in “Red”,
once they are complete, they will turn “Green”.

3. Proficiency Test : You are required to take an online Proficiency


Test before the commencement of your classes to assess your
academic readiness for your programme. The online test will be for 2
hours with 100 MCQs (20 each across 5 sections).

The Proficiency Test will remain open from Friday, 22nd August
‘25 (00:01 A.M.) to Wednesday, 27th August ‘25 (11:59 P.M.)

SECTION 3 : THINGS TO DO ON THE DAY OF ARRIVING ON CAMPUS

1. Arrival: Please plan your arrival on campus on Wednesday, 27th August


2025. University gates will open by 8:30 AM. Your reporting time is 9:00 AM.

2. Entry: Entry to campus will be from Gate no. 1 or Gate no.


4. Please remember to carry your Admission Letter.

3. Help Desks: To guide you on campus, there will be Help Desks at


Gate No. 1 and 4. For any kind of emergency, you may even call
the University Control Room at 0120-4392777.

4. Registration area: The location of your registration area can be found on


'Registration' tab in Amizone

5. You are required to carry all listed documents in original to be shown


at the time of registration on campus.

Xth Marksheet
XIIth Marksheet
XIIth Certificate
Copy of Fee Receipt
Self-Photograph – 3 copies
Original Indemnity Bond on Rs. 100/- non judicial stamp paper

(as some of these may not be in your possession yet) :
AIU Equivalence Certificate of last qualification (In
case of Foreign Certificate /Diploma / Degree)
Migration Certificate of last qualification obtained

7. Indemnity Bond:

Pls bring a duly notarized Indemnity Bond by parent/guardian on


Rs.100/- Non-Judicial Stamp Paper to submit at your institution on
the day of your physical reporting.

You would have already accepted the online declaration on
Amizone under Profile Entry Form. This is required in addition.
In case you cannot manage to get the notarized Indemnity Bond,
please have your parent/guardian carry the completed and signed
form. There will be a Notary available on campus to help with the
process.

In case any assistance is required, students can seek help from


the Registration Team of Institution. Also, the Programme Leaders
will be available to lend a helping hand in this regard.

SECTION 4 : STUDENT ORIENTATION PROGRAM

Your Orientation Program over three days will help you gain deeper
insight into university life—covering academics, norms, resources, and
support services—before classes begin. Our program is designed to:

1. Provide guidance on course selection, registration,


and academic planning
2. Introduce you and your family to faculty, staff, and current
students for a real sense of campus vibrancy
3. Inform you about the various academic and student support
services, resources and programs available to you.
4. Apprise you about the University norms, Code of
Conduct and disciplinary expectations.
5. Showcase career prospects and industry insights
through engagement with industry leaders and alumni.
6. Encourage social, co-curricular, and well-being
engagement for a balanced university life

SECTION 5 : BRIDGE COURSE

Based on result of proficiency test, students scoring below


60% in any subject-specific section, English
Communication, or IT Application will be enrolled in a
Bridge Course. Schedule will be posted on Amizone.

Upon completion, you'll retake the proficiency test to


bolster foundational knowledge for improved academic
performance. Throughout the 1st Semester, your English
and IT skills will be further developed through integrated
assignments of various courses.

SECTION 6 : STUDENT SUPPORT AND CAMPUS RESOURCES

2. Transport Services : University provides cost effective transport


service to students from various locations in Delhi & NCR and
also from the closest metro station. To know the details of
transport routes, click here

3. Medical : Amity University has a fully equipped Clinic (D


Block) with Resident Doctors (Male and Female), Nurses &
Ambulance service is available on campus 24x7.

4. Banking : Full-fledged branches of Indian Bank, HDFC and


Punjab National Bank are located inside the campus
providing good banking facilities to staff as well as students.
Six ATMs are also available inside the campus facilitating the
students' requirements for 24-hour banking.

5. Security : Amity University has a large security and vigilance


team that maintains 24x7 security, managing all entry/exits via
electronic turnstiles and boom barriers. Students access the
campus using facial recognition turnstiles and Amity ID
cards. Campus safety is further strengthened by a network of
surveillance cameras, patrol vehicles, security marshals,
and trained guard dogs. Security is a shared responsibility and
involves all of us working together.

6. Sports & Fitness facilities : We strongly believe sports are
integral to personal growth and well-being. The campus has
well developed sports infrastructure that matches international
standards and gives a truly global experience to the students.
The facilities include Swimming Pool, a state of the art Gym,
Horse Riding, Cricket, Lawn Tennis, Basketball, Volley-ball,
Badminton, and Indoor Shooting Range etc. Yoga and Zumba
classes are also conducted for the students in the morning and
evening respectively.

7. Dining Facilities : The University houses air-conditioned


cafeterias and food outlets, which provide a variety of cuisines.
From a coffee on the run, to a snack or a substantial meal, we
offer a variety of food and beverages options. The students can
enjoy their meal from brands like Dosa Plaza, Café Coffee Day,
Dominos, Mama Mia, Bikano, Nirulas, Pita Pit, Chai Garam,
Amul Milk, Subway etc.

8. Student Support Control Room : To assist you in your


transition into the University system, the Programme Leader
will function as your Academic Guardian, starting from the
beginning till completion of your programme.
The office staff of Dean (Student Support & Academic
Affairs) and nominated faculty members and Programme
Leaders will be available at the “Student Academic Support
Services”. The Students/Parents may contact Student

9. Post Office : A post office also functions in the


campus (near Gate 4A).

SECTION 7 : AMITY CENTRE FOR GUIDANCE AND COUNSELLING (ACGC)

At Amity, student well-being is a top priority. ACGC offers


confidential support for emotional, academic, and personal
challenges. Our team of professional psychologists is available
on campus and online to help students navigate stress,
anxiety, relationships, and more.

SECTION 8 : IMPORTANT ADVISEMENT

1. Amity University enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy on


campus regarding smoking (cigarettes, hookah, e-cigarettes
etc.), alcohol consumption, narcotics or any other intoxicants.
Possession or use of these substances anywhere within the
campus is strictly prohibited. Violation is considered major
misconduct and may lead to expulsion from the university.

2. Anti-Ragging : Amity University Uttar Pradesh is a 'Ragging


Free' campus. The University takes adequate measures to
prevent any incidence of ragging. It is mandatory for all students
to strictly follow the 'Student Code of Conduct' given in the
student handbook, digitally available on Amizone.

3. Amity Student ID Card : Each student at Amity University


is provided with an official Amity University identification
card. These will be distributed to you on campus. In the
interim, digital ID Cards can be downloaded after
completion of registration from Amizone.

4. Amity Student Email ID : You will receive your official Amity


Student Email ID details on Amizone. This will give you access
to a whole suite of Microsoft products free of cost including
Word, Excel and PowerPoint, as well as Microsoft Teams. All
essential communication from the University and respective
Institutions will be done only through Amity email. You are
advised to use and check your Amity email regularly.

5. Amizone User ID : All information and notifications related to


your programme will be communicated through Amizone. You
are advised to visit Amizone regularly.

As the Amity Student ID, Student Email and Amizone ID are


student specific, therefore, you are advised not to share your
private credentials with anyone else.
