EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The Business venture “Wrapture” is proposed by nine students of Senior


Highschool students who are currently taking Academic strand, Accountancy,
Business, and Management and one of the requirement for certain subjects. This
project served as a means to evaluate the skills acquired through the study. It also
offered students the opportunity to cultivate their entrepreneurial, managerial, and
marketing abilities. Moreover, the project provided financial benefits to the
students and working families, which could be utilized to support their various
needs.

The team determined that the average daily meal budget for most Filipinos,
including students and working families, is between 50 to 60 pesos. However, the
team observed that many stalls, food carts, and carinderias offering affordable
meals often fail to satisfy an individual's hunger or provide insufficient portions for
the price.

Considering these observations and conducting a SWOT analysis, the team


identified potential strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats for a new
food business venture.

Therefore, the team proposed WRAPture, a new food concept that offers a
unique dining experience. This concept was developed through careful planning
and observation of local food preferences and trends. WRAPture aims to provide
affordable, delicious, and convenient Filipino meals, particularly wraps, that cater
to the needs of busy individuals and families.

WRAPture is a unique fusion of a fresh lumpia and burrito, offering a modern


twist on traditional Filipino flavors. Instead of the usual fresh lumpia filling,
WRAPture features a variety of rice and Filipino viands

WRAPture guarantees to provide high-quality, safe, and delicious Filipino


meals, perfect for on-the-go. Its customizable wraps are not only satisfying but also
aesthetically pleasing, making them ideal for a quick and satisfying meal. With
WRAPture, customers can enjoy authentic Filipino flavors anywhere, anytime.

responsibility initiative. In line with our mission to meet the cravings of our
customers, we recognize the importance of supporting the communities that help
sustain our business.

For every meal purchased, WRAPture Meals will donate ₱2.50 to local
farmers’ cooperatives. This initiative aims to support sustainable agricultural
practices and enhance the livelihoods of local farmers across the Philippines.

Agriculture is the backbone of the Filipino economy, yet many farmers face
significant challenges, such as climate change impacts. By investing in local farmers,
we not only contribute to the local economy but also ensure a reliable supply of
fresh, high-quality ingredients for our meals.

IMPLEMENTATION PLAN

1. WRAPture Meals will donate to For our Farmers. It is a youth-led


non-stock non-profit organization which aims to help and uplift local farmers
and fisherfolks. Background of For our Farmers PH, Inc.:
- The organization started out as COVID-19 donation drive and
immediate response initiative to help farmers and fisherfolks who
were greatly affected by the pandemic. With the clear vision of
wanting to help and uplift local farmers and fisherfolks, the
organization transitioned from a simple “donation drive” into a youth-
led non-stock non-profit organization. Realizing that even before the
pandemic, farmers are already the poorest of the poor in the country,
the organization is committed in helping and assisting farmers and
fisherfolks through sustainable and inclusive projects.

2. We will maintain transparency by providing regular updates to our


customers about how their contributions are being utilized. This may include
successful donations to the said organization.
