SECTION B: (Mall Rules & Regulations)
Site Access: Safety Rules on site:
1. Present this permit to obtain access to the mall 1. All workers must wear Safety shoes, Helmets and Vests.
2. All workers must have valid U.A.E Labor Cards to 2. Site must be equipped with four fire extinguishers (2Co2 +

• Emergency Contact Numbers 10. Any base builds services shall not to be altered without a permit.
11. Use proper switches and connectors for electric wires.
12. No eating or sleeping on site.
SECTION C: (Contractor Request Statement)
We hereby agree that we are liable for any claim or demand for accident, injury, damage, loss and/or compensation of any kind
whatsoever arising out or in connection with all claims or demands which may arise out of any failure by us or our subcontractors
listed above which may be made against the Mall in the performance of our obligations under the scope of this project.
