THESIS TITLE #1 : A Proposed Futuristic Military Training Complex Integrating Immersive
Simulation in Fort Magsaysay, Nueva Ecija
Introduction
Fort Magsaysay, being the biggest Philippine military reservation, has
been a focal area for military training and global defense cooperation, particularly
through exercises like the Joint Pacific Multinational Readiness Center-
Exportable (JPMRC-X). This research suggests the establishment of a Futuristic
Military Training Complex within Fort Magsaysay, Palayan City, Nueva Ecija,
incorporating immersive simulation technologies within classical training
paradigms. The envisioned complex aims to enhance Fort Magsaysay's function
by adapting simulation systems that can simulate varied combat terrain, enhance
decision-making under stress, and maximize interoperability with allied forces.
By integrating this into the facility, the training experience of the Armed Forces of
the Philippines (AFP) will be upgraded, helping enhance capabilities not only in
warfare but also in disaster preparedness and response.

THESIS TITLE #2 : A Proposed Vertical Memorial Complex Integrating Modern Funerary
Practices in Cabanatuan City
INTRODUCTION
Cabanatuan City is being confronted with increasing challenges
involving limited land resources, environmental degradation, and increasing costs
of conventional burial practices. To counteract this, the present project suggests a
Vertical Memorial Complex, a mid-rise, multi-purpose facility programmed to
integrate interment services while offering sustainable and innovative death rites.
Included among these is alkaline hydrolysis (aquamation), an environment-
friendly alternative to traditional cremation that greatly minimizes emissions and
energy use. The complex also includes tree memorial planting, where ashes can
be stored in biodegradable urns that care for trees, making remembrance into
living landscapes that help with greenery in urban areas. Also included are spaces
for contemplation, cultural practice, and community celebration to ensure that the
complex remains attuned to local customs. Vertical Memorial Complex aims to
deliver respectful, culturally relevant memorial spaces along with a model of
sustainable funerary architecture for urban Philippine settings.

THESIS TITLE #3 : A Proposed Vertical Farming and Agriculture Research Center Incorporating
Net-Zero Architecture in Science City of Muñoz
Introduction
With limited farmland, the impacts of climate change, and rising energy
demands, sustainable agriculture faces significant challenges in the Philippines.
The Vertical Farming and Agriculture Research Center in the Science City of
Muñoz addresses these issues by integrating net-zero architecture with vertical
farming techniques. The center serves as a hub for research, training, and
demonstrations of sustainable farming practices, promoting environmental
stewardship, food security, and community engagement. It aims to support
practical, sustainable solutions for the country’s agricultural development.
