Position Title: Analyst Intern (IC)
Department: SNOW (Strategy & Operations)
Reports To: SNOW Lead
Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)
POSITION SUMMARY

SNOW is HighRadius’ internal Strategy & Operations team that works directly with our Founder and other CXOs to
drive strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment with the ability to continually
develop and provide inputs to guide and support decision making for leaders. This is a highly visible role that would
require you to have strong analytical, problem solving and stakeholder management skills. This is a highly visible
and complex role - the candidate will be the single point of contact for users and Execs across HighRadius.
ESSENTIAL ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
● Analytics - Use data modeling, analytics to present visual insights and trends to leaders
● Project Governance - Develop deep understanding of the assigned projects and proactively identify areas
of improvement
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Final Year - undergraduate education in Engineering
Experience: N/A
Critical Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements:
● Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex business scenarios
● Executive-level communication and presentation skills in both formal and informal settings
● Proficient in data analysis, manipulation, and processing with relevant tools (e.g. Google Sheets, Power BI ,
SQL , Python)
