Day 1
Arrival in Goa Welcome to the party capital of India. Your 4-day Goa tour package starts now. As you
arrive at the Goa airport/railway station, an agent’s representative will receive you and escort you to the
hotel. Complete-check-in formalities and relax for some time. After lunch at hotel then some rest . In
evening proceed for Dinner Cruise , come back to the hotel and have a goodnight’s sleep
Day 2
North Goa sightseeing tour The second day of your Goa holiday takes you to explore the gems of
North Goa. Have breakfast and get ready to embark on a full-day North Goa sightseeing tour. The first
attraction that you will visit on your North Goa tour is the ancient Fort Aguada. Later, explore Coco
Beach, Calangute Annexe, Calangute Beach, Baga Beach and Anjuna Beach. As the second day of your
Goa tour itinerary comes to an end, come back to the hotel and sleep off the night

South Goa sightseeing tour on Today on your Goa vacation, explore the eye-catching attractions of

third day of your Goa tour. Visit Shri Shantadurga Temple at Kavlem and Shri Manguesh Temple at Priol.
Next, take a trip to the churches of Old Goa like Basilica of Bom Jesus and Se Cathedral. Post lunch, visit
the Dona Paula Bay and Miramar Beach. Later on, your Goa holiday, indulge in street shopping at the
Panjim Market. Towards the end of the day, return to the hotel and sleep off the night

Departure from Goa This is the last day of your 4-day Goa tour package. Post breakfast, check-out from
the hotel and you will be transferred to Dudhsagar Waterfall . then in evening shopping at Vasco
market and drop at Dabolim Airportthe airport/railway station to reach your home destination,
thereby, marking an end to your fun-filled Goa holiday.

Booking Confirmation:
• Above given quote is tentative and is subject to change depending on the availabilities along with
prices at the time of making the advance payment ahead.
• All bookings will be confirmed only upon receipt of the specified deposit amount.
• Any change in Pricing, Hotels, Sightseeing & Airlines due to the availability or unforeseen
circumstances, will be conveyed to you within 72 hours after you have paid the booking amount.

• Rooms, Sightseeing and Flight Tickets are Subject to availability at the time of booking.
Payment Guidelines:
• Payments against your package strictly has to be paid as per the Payment Policy.
• Failure to make payment by the due date, EaseMyTrip holds the right to cancel all your services
/ bookings.
• Payment methods accepted include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and online payment
gateways as specified by Easemytrip.com.
• In case of any cash deposit in EaseMyTrip Account against the booking , the paid amount will be
forfeited.
• Rates are based on today's ROE (Rate of Exchange) and final ROE will be calculated at the time
of making the final/ total Payment against your Tour Package.
• As per the new Govt. Norms 20% TCS will be charged effective 1st July 2023 on all the payments
made. For any further clarification please contact your sale’s person.
Cancellation and Refunds:
• Cancellation requests must be made in writing to EaseMyTrip.
• Cancellation charges may apply as per the cancellation policy outlined in the booking terms or
itinerary.
• Refunds if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 working days after acceptance of your
cancellation request, minus any applicable cancellation fees.
Itinerary Changes:
• EaseMyTrip reserves the right to alter the itinerary, accommodations, or transportation
arrangements, if necessary, due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control. Any
such changes will be communicated to the travellers.
• In Case of Group Tours, the said Tour will operate subject to group strength of Minimum 25 Full
paying Passengers. Even in case of Guaranteed Departures as well there is possibility that due to
unforeseen circumstances or cancellation done by the clients, the group strength may come
down because of which the said departure date may not operate.
• Your tour package will start after reaching the destination, we will not be providing any services
within India.
• In all the cases where a said group departure date is not operating, we may give you another
departure date or will provide you another tour option. We can also provide you an option to get
refund of your Land portion booking subtracting your Visa Charges, Visa Appointment Charges,
Insurance Charges etc. Please note: Flight ticket Cancellation or any other non-refundable
service booked will not be refunded in this case.

Airline Guidelines:
• EaseMyTrip is not liable for any flight delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by the airline,
weather conditions, air traffic control, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• EaseMyTrip is not liable for any Baggage Delay or Loss from the Airlines.
• Travelers are advised to contact the airline directly for assistance in case of flight disruptions.
• Any increase in Gov. Taxes, Airfare, Fuel Surcharge & Airlines taxes charged by the airlines on
the air ticket before the issuance of flight tickets, the same shall be charged extra irrespective of
the booking date.
Hotel Guidelines:
• Check-in time in most of the hotels will be 2 PM and check-out time in most of the hotels will be
11 AM subject to hotel’s policy.
• Early Check in and Late Check out is not the part of the package hence if required, same need to
be paid over and above the given cost.
• For Europe normally AC Rooms are not available, further room sizes are smaller.
• In Domestic Hill Stations normally AC Rooms are not available.
• Peak season, weekend and special event surcharges if any, will be applicable over and above the
given cost.
Transfers and Sightseeing:
• All personal expenses, optional tours and extra meals has to be paid directly.
• Due to any unforeseen circumstances or natural calamities which cause any changes or
cancellation in your itinerary, Sightseeing / activities, transfers --- no refund or compensation
will be provided against the same.
• There will be no refund for the unused and unutilized services.
• In Domestic while travelling in Hill Stations the vehicle’s AC will not be switched on.
• Portages at Hotels, Airport & Sea Ports is not the part of given holiday package.
• Anything not mentioned in the inclusions has to be paid directly or in advance (if added or
availed).
Travel Documents:
• It is the responsibility of the traveller to ensure all necessary travel documents (passport, visas,
permits, etc.) are valid and obtained in advance.

• EaseMyTrip will not be liable for any issues arising due to inadequate or invalid travel
documents.
• For any international Travel please make sure your Passport is valid for minimum 6 months
from date of return to India .
• For any Domestic Travel please make sure to carry your Govt. issued ID Card with Photograph.
• For Bhutan & Nepal you are required to carry Voter ID Card or Passport. For Child below 18
years the school or college id card suffices.
• High Currency Notes (Rs 500 & above) are illegal to carry to Nepal.
Travel Advisories:
• Travelers are responsible for keeping themselves updated with travel advisories and warnings
issued by relevant authorities for their destination(s).
• EaseMyTrip will not be held liable for any consequences resulting from travellers disregarding
official travel advisories.
Accountability:
• EaseMyTrip acts as an intermediary between travellers and third-party service providers (hotels,
airlines, transporters, vendors or service providers etc.)
• We are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by the actions or
negligence of these third-party service providers.
• We will not be responsible for loss of any valuables you will be carrying along with you during
the tour.
Scope of Activity:
• Easy Trip Planners Limited (EaseMyTrip) is engaged in the business of travel and tour organizer
and does not control or operate any carrier, hotel, transport or any other facility or service
mentioned in the itinerary.
• EaseMyTrip shall not be responsible for any delay, improper services provided by any carrier,
hotel, transport or any other facility or service for any injury, death, loss or damage which is
caused by the act or default of the management or employees of carrier, hotel, transport or any
other facility provider who are the EaseMyTrip ‘s independent contractors.
• EaseMyTrip shall not be responsible for any delay or deficiency in services due to any act or
actions of co- travellers, co-passengers which may result in injury, damage to the life/limb or
property of the Customer.
Health and Insurance:

• It shall be the duty of the customer to inform EaseMyTrip in case the customer has any medical
history that may affect his ability to enjoy and pursue fully the tour and wherein the interest of
the group or any member thereof is prejudicially affected.
• EaseMyTrip reserves the right to ask the customer to provide written certification of his medical
fitness before departure. Even when EaseMyTrip does not demand any medical fitness
certificate from the traveller(s)/ customer(s), it would be their duty to provide such information
to EaseMyTrip before the departure and in the event that a medical condition has not been
disclosed, EaseMyTrip shall not be liable to provide any assistance or refund the money.
• The tour cost does not include the costs towards the insurance premium. Hence, it is advisable
that the customers get insurance cover at their own costs.
• The Customer agrees and acknowledges that they consent to participate in the tour activities
(adventures game, boat rides etc. which is included in the tour) without any obligation from the
EaseMyTrip. Customer confirms that he/ she is medically fit to participate in all activities
involved in such activities & fully accept personal responsibility of safety.
• EaseMyTrip shall not be liable for any physical injury or loss of life caused to the Customer due
to such participation.
Liability:
A) Easy Trip Planners Limited (EaseMyTrip) shall, in no circumstances whatsoever be liable to the
customer or any person traveling with him for:
i) Any death, personal injury, sickness, accident, loss, delay, discomfort, increased
expenses, consequential loss and/or damage or any kind of theft or whatever way it
caused.
ii) Any act, omission, default of any independent Contractor or other person or by any
employee or agent employed by them who may be engaged or concerned in the provision
of service for the customer.
iii) The temporary or permanent loss of or damage to baggage or personal effects howsoever
caused including wilful negligence on the part of any person.
iv) Failure on the part of the carrier to accommodate passengers despite having confirmed
tickets or change of route.
B) Easy Trip Planners Limited (EaseMyTrip) shall not be responsible and / or liable for any
damages caused to the Customer due to reasons beyond the control of EaseMyTrip.
C) While enjoying the services provided by EaseMyTrip, if any customer’s acts or omission results
in damage or loss to EaseMyTrip’s vendor or service provider which includes but is not limited
to (carrier, hotels, transports etc. and vendors’ staff), the customer shall be liable and agrees to
indemnify and hold harmless EaseMyTrip its directors, officers or such vendor from and against
such claims.
Law & Jurisdiction:

• For all complaints, suits, claims or disputes of whatsoever nature relating to any products
including Tours by Easy Trip Planners Limited (EaseMyTrip) and third-party products and
tours, the courts and tribunals in Delhi, India alone shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Acceptance of Terms:
• By booking a tour with EaseMyTrip travellers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and
agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
