Goals for teachers

1. Bible Reading - All teachers must adhere to the Bible reading project in
a year. It is a basic necessity for everyone who teaches. As most have access to
I suggest you use the link.www.portaladmeclesiastica.com.br/leiturabiblica.aspx.
2. Attendance - It will be one of the criteria for the choice of the godparent of the Graduation 2019.
3. Creativity - Another very important criterion that will be considered. The vision for this year
It is a growing and participatory Bible school not only in the lives of students and teachers,
but also in the way classes are taught.
4. Innovation - There is always a better way to teach, to interact with students,
prepare a lesson; after all, we can innovate every day in our ministry and this will only make
increase the brightness and the way we will bless the students' lives.
5. Participation - In 2019 we will have monthly meetings to evaluate the results obtained.
Always participate, check your progress.

Goals for the Secretary

1. Keep the documentation of the EBD in order (delivery of reports at the headquarters, notebooks of
calls) updating the board weekly with the week's information: numbers, photos,
articles, etc.
2. Keep the EBD notes up to date: goals, attendance, donations.
3. Provide teachers with the necessary materials for the good development of
classes.

Goals for the Board

Planning of the Sunday School;

2. Assist Teachers and Students for better performance in the EBD;

3. Training of new teachers - we need at least 3 new teachers
trained in 2019.
4. Training of current teachers - to stimulate and promote the growth of the faculty
through various actions: interaction with other educators; regularly recommending new websites
and materials that help teachers in their ministry.
CREATIVITY IN SUNDAY SCHOOL
We all receive a natural gift from God, which is creativity. Generally, we stifle it, by
to fear being considered ridiculous, or not wanting to take risks and fail in the use of new
experiences.

To despise this man, not to use him, is a great waste, especially in biblical teaching.
But how to awaken creativity and use it for the benefit of the students in the Sunday School?
1. Start exploring your own skills, ideas, and experiences to communicate.
with your students.
2. Connect with them in a personal, sensitive, and beneficial way.
3. Adapt the resources of the Sunday School to the needs, interests, and age group of your students.

4. Relate the topic you are teaching to life and practical experience of faith.
5. Be flexible: if necessary, deviate from your lesson plan to address students' questions.
doubt can bring countless opportunities to explore important themes!
6. Improvise, try not to focus excessively on the materials available for your teaching. Don't
be dependent only on these resources!
7. Casually converse with the students, after or before classes, to understand.
better your needs, thoughts, characteristics. Draw up a plan to start from the
their experiences, teaching them in a more effective and creative way.

8. Read! The most creative book in the world is the Bible. Explore it with a thirst for knowledge.
questioning, researching and noting your observations and considerations: how? where? by
What? Who? In what way? What are the characters involved? How does this passage apply?
for me and my students?
9. Interact with other teachers or people who have had experiences in the ministry of
Teaching. There is always something to learn!

To awaken creativity in your students and interest in the lessons, here are some
recommendations:

Establish an environment of trust, interest, and acceptance. Don't be the "know-it-all", let
space for them!
Give your students opportunities to express themselves. Worse than going off the lesson topic is not
to have motivation to move forward.
Offer a variety of materials, methods, or resources. Don't stick to the same old thing!
Listen to the comments, even if incomplete or incorrect, and guide them in a way
proving, assimilating and summarizing its essence and, when necessary, redirecting the thought.
for the biblical assertion.
Invite them to write about their experiences, expressing what they think, feel and
we believe.
Demonstrate being open to different subjects - this can indicate new needs and
valuable learning opportunities.
Encourage them to ask, explore, and admire the biblical text.

Innovate...
This is one of the aspects we expect a lot from teachers, and for this, I want to leave the freedom.
of creation in the classes. Teachers are free to teach their classes at times and places
alternatives according to previously communicated and approved programming by the management.

Classes held outside the church must be communicated to parents and guardians even in the case of
young people. We also remind that outings with minors must be properly documented with
express consent from the parents. In this case, teachers may still request support from
ministry colleagues, to help take care of the little ones.
