INTRODUCTION

The human being is characterized by the development that occurs throughout life,

mainly in its three fundamental areas: physical, cognitive, and psychosocial, as these are

those that allow for the realization of each individual whether in their family or work environment,

educational or social. That is why one of the topics that has gained a lot of attention nowadays

the importance in psychology is mental and physical health, as well as well-being and

development of the person, in relation to the quality of life, not as an ultimate goal but as a

continuous process.

For workers, a large part of the day is spent performing their duties,

On the other hand, the objective perspective aims to promote and improve the quality of

physical conditions, the organization of work, the content of the position, working hours,

salary, job security, and the work environment. All these factors influence for

satisfy the needs of the worker and contribute to achieving productivity, effectiveness and

efficiency of organizations.

For a worker to have a quality of life at work, it is necessary for a

the organization has a balance between personal and family activities to generate

stability, enthusiasm, responsibility, motivation, productivity and support, otherwise

can cause stress to the worker and negatively affect life both inside and outside of
