PROPOSAL FOR SPORTS TRAINING IN BASKETBALL

INTRODUCTION

One of the constants in our country has been the diversity of activities that encompass
the integral development of the person among those that have cultural, recreational, and sports activities

METHODOLOGY

Sessions will last 60 - 75 minutes depending on the group's level.

SESSION DISTRIBUTION.

5-minute presentation and attendance control

10 minutes of warm-up, general and specific exercises

15 minutes of guided play

15 minutes sports learning


20 minutes of directed play

Basketball involves and encompasses the following skills, exercises, and tools:
Anaerobic and aerobic exercise, creativity, solidarity, moreover: athletics, high jump and long jump,
hand-eye coordination, eye-foot coordination, laterality, teamwork, dribbling, shooting, passing
follow instructions, comply with regulations, etc.

RESOURCES

Humans: Boys and girls between the ages of 6 to 12 years old with the possibility of practicing
outdoor sports.

Coaches and basketball staff.

Materials: Basketballs, reflective cones, basketball court, nets for the


sport, uniforms for basketball (optional), etc.

RIGHTS AND DUTIES OF PLAYERS

Players' rights:

Right to comprehensive education for the full development of one's personality.


Right to equal opportunities.
Right to equality of conscience, respecting their religious and ethical convictions,

Right to have their privacy, integrity, and personal dignity respected, without being able to be
object of abusive dealings.

Respect for the rights of players is mandatory for everyone. Players will exercise their
rights respecting the rights of all group members.

The duties of the players:

Attend the training on time.


To comply with and respect the schedules; otherwise, it will be justified.
Follow the coach's guidelines regarding your learning.
Duty to respect freedom of conscience, religious or ethical, and dignity, integrity and
intimacy of all group members.
Duty to respect diversity and non-discrimination for any type of circumstance

RULES OF PARTICIPATION

1. Every participant must wear sports clothing and footwear in order to carry out each
practice session.
2. Each participant must show a positive attitude. They must respect and listen to their
trainer at all times.

4. Children and parents must be punctual. The activity will start at the scheduled time. If the
