PROFILE OF THE CHRISTIAN LEADER BASED ON 1 TIMOTHY

A Leader with Excellence

The apostle Paul was the one who wrote this epistle addressed to Timothy, he wrote it shortly
after being released from his imprisonment in Rome, probably around
from the years 63-65 A.D. Paul referred to this young man as 'true son of the faith',
and I sought through this first letter to help the young leader of the church of
Ephesus to better understand its duties. It is then that it is determined the
importance of this epistle in the profile of the Christian leader, exposing points
important that must be put into practice on the path of leadership. This
the first pastoral letter contains advice, guidelines or tips that undoubtedly
they helped the effectiveness of Timothy's ministry.

In chapter 1, the apostle refers to certain details that should be taken into account,

From chapter two, Pablo is clear about certain criteria that must be met and
what a Christian leader must visibly have, made a call to prayer with
holy hands, without anger or strife, emphasizes the importance of women dressing
decently and keep in faith, love, and sanctification with modesty.
