AGREEMENTS
1.-The seller declares to be the owner of the motorcycle vehicle, brand _____________,

The seller declares that at the time of delivery of the vehicle in question
the transmission is free from any charge or encumbrance, compliant with Mexican regulations
of technical approval, and is in order and has a receipt confirming payment of

3.-The seller declares that at the time of delivery of the same, the vehicle in question
the transmission is in perfect working condition, having not suffered any relevant drops
that will affect the vehicle's chassis nor anomalies in its operation other than those inherent to
its mileage. The seller knows the stipulations in law regarding the warranty they extend to
buyer of the vehicle through this sale.
