Duties and Responsibilities
FROM TREASURY
1. Safeguard the funds of the Church and the Mission in treasury books properly approved by the Mission.
2. They must be an organized person with skills to manage finances.
They must be a mature person in faith, upright and very faithful to God. Systematically faithful in tithing and making covenants.

Sabbath School Director
The director must be characterized as a diligent student of the Bible, spiritual, sincere, responsible, reliable, and have the gift.

He is responsible for the overall functioning of the youth society.
The director must be a mature young person in spiritual life, an example for other young people.
3. Must be enthusiastic, with good judgment
4. He must work with love for the Adventist youth so that they grow in all areas of their lives, so that they become
great leaders of the church and commit themselves to Christ.
5. Train young people to use their gifts and talents for the salvation of other young people.
6. He/She must lead the youth group and is a member of the Church Board.
7. Promote all the plans for youth created by the Mission, the Pastor, and the Church.
8. Report monthly on the total number of young people in the church, to the church board and to the church.
9. To hold seminars of interest for young people, especially those related to their biggest temptations in order to prevent them.

DIRECTOR OF ADVENTURERS CLUB
The Club Director must be a person who understands children, works in harmony with the staff, and carries
responsibilities, possesses a desire to organize, accepts new ideas, and demonstrates initiative in implementing those ideas.
The Director is full of resources and enthusiasm, carries responsibilities, has aspirations, and embraces new ideas and shows
initiative, in its implementation. Is able to work well with staff and helps counselors and teachers in any
problem of units and classes.
The Director must be a sincere Seventh-day Adventist Christian whose life demonstrates what God can do.
4. It is responsible for providing a program for the club to successfully achieve its goals.
5. Leads the Club meetings and staff councils.
6. He/She stays in contact with Director J.A. of the Association/Mission and sends him/her the required information.
7. The Director must be or should become, as soon as possible, a Grand Guide and must complete the program of
Little Beavers.
8. The Club Director must be an example of spirituality, purity, diligence, kindness, self-control, and good manners.
