COK08/2025 KURUMAN LABOUR CENTRE. Construction of additional accommodation as
well as recon-figuration, repair and renovations of existing accommodation.
Multi Disciplinary Consultants. onsisting of Quantity Surveyors, Civil Engineering
Services, Electrical Engineering Services, Mechanical Engineering Services &
Structural Engineering Services.

DOCUMENT: R200.00.
Tender to be awarded to the highest scoring acceptable tender. Points will be
allocated for:

a. Price and Preference: according to formula in PPR Regulations 2022

b. METHOD TO BE USED TO CALCULATE POINTS FOR SPECIFIC


GOALS:
1. An EME or QSE which is at least 51% owned by black people: (10 points)
2. An EME or QSE which is at least 51% owned by black women. (4 points)
3. An EME or QSE which is at least 51% owned by black people with disabilities.
(2 points)
4. An EME or QSE which is at least 51% owned by black youth. (2 points)
5. Located in a specific Minicipality or District Municipality or Metro or Province
area for work to be done or services to be rendered in that area. (2 points)
