ASSIGNMENT TASK 1

Objective
Use a pivot table to analyze recent sales and inventory activity.

Data: Pivot Table Data

Your Task:

1.​ Import data


○​ Pull the Units Sold (Last 30 days) column from the
Amazon FBA Inventory sheet into column B of the Data tab with a
live formula.

No copy‑pasting—we’ll check the formula.

2.​ Prepare your sheet


○​ Add a column that calculates Revenue for each SKU.
○​ Decide how you’ll structure the pivot to compare Units Sold and
Revenue across inventory actions.
3.​ Create the pivot table
○​ Include both Units Sold (30 days) and Revenue.
○​ Show each value as a percentage of the grand total.
○​ Sort so the highest‑revenue group appears first.
○​ Highlight the top group and add one data‑driven sentence (≤ 25 words)
beneath the pivot.
4.​ Add a chart
○​ Insert a clear column / bar chart that visualises Revenue % of Total by
SKU.
○​ Title the chart appropriately.

ASSIGNMENT TASK 2

Objective - Inventory Shipment Planning for Amazon FBA


We sell our products on Amazon, and we need to regularly send our inventory to
Amazon's FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) warehouses in the United States. FBA is
a service where Amazon handles the storage, packing, shipping, and customer
service for the orders.​

Right now, we are getting ready to send a shipment to the FBA warehouse. This
is to make sure we have enough stock available for our customer orders during
the next quarter (Q3-2024).

You have been given data on:


1.​ Current inventory at Amazon's warehouse.
2.​ Recent sales data.
3.​ Sales data from the past year.

Your Task:
1.​ Review the provided data.
2.​ Analyze it to determine how much inventory we should send to Amazon's
warehouse for each SKU.
3.​ Ensure we have enough stock for the next quarter's sales (Q3-2024).

This analysis will help us manage our inventory better and make sure we can
fulfill customer orders on time.

ASSIGNMENT TASK 3

Objective – Data Cleaning, Consolidation & Reporting


You are provided with raw data from FBM, FBA, and returns. Your goal is to clean
and standardize this data, merge it meaningfully, and generate a SKU-level
revenue summary. You will also create a simple monthly performance summary
using Google Apps Script.​

Problem Statement:
To plan inventory, track profitability, and manage returns efficiently, we need a
reliable summary of our orders and return data across FBM and FBA. However,
this data may be inconsistent or unstructured. Your task is to clean, consolidate,
and analyze the data so it can be used for better decision-making and monthly
reporting.

Data: Round_2- Task 3

Your Task:
1.​ Clean Orders Data
●​ Remove duplicates, format dates, split names, convert weights,
map zones, calculate revenue
2.​ Process Returns
●​ Use Returns Sheet to capture refunded amounts
3.​ SKU Summary
●​ Complete SKU_summary sheet using formulas (do not paste
values)
●​ Fill in Total Units, Revenue, Returns, Net Units, and Net Revenue
4.​ Apps Script
●​ Write a script to generate a summary email for April 2024
