2025 QUARTER 2 DATA REQUIREMENTS

General Instructions
Data Entry
Before encoding, please click the "Enable Editing" button found on the upper side of the template.
Input data ONLY in white cells. Do not encode your data on colored cells.
Encode your School ID on the cell provided. School Name and District Name are auto-filled.
Leave cells blank if there’s no data or if the value is zero.
Do not modify formula cells with sum and average—they are protected to ensure accuracy.
Please refer to the required data listed in Column B on the left side of the template. (Encode the required
data from either SY 2024–2025 Fourth Grading or SY 2025–2026)
Validation
Double-check totals and gender breakdowns.
Double-check the entry if typed on elementary or secondary.
Ensure consistency across sheets (e.g., enrolment vs. dropout).
Edit the Name of School ICT Coordinator and School Head.
