ABSTRACT

administrative control of Commissioner of Technical Education, Telangana, Hyderabad

O R D E R:
In the circumstances as stated by the Higher Education (TE) Department, vide
reference 6th read above, Government hereby accord permission engaging fifty-five (55)
various categories of services, i.e., fifteen (15) service on contract and forty (40)
services on outsourcing basis, as detailed in Annexure, appended to this order, to work
under the administrative control of Commissioner of Technical Education, Telangana,
Hyderabad, for a further period of one (01) year, i.e., from 01.04.2025 to 31.03.2026 or
till the regular posts are filled-up or till the actual need ceases, whichever is earlier,
subject to;
a. following the norms prescribed for engaging the services on contract/
outsourcing basis, issued vide reference 1st read above
b. paying the remuneration as shown in Column No.6 of the Statement in
Annexure, appended to this order, with a condition to pay the same through
IFMIS-DBT mode for contract services and through a third-party agency for
outsourcing services
c. entering into a fresh contract agreement with the persons engaged on
contract basis and a fresh contract agreement with the outsourcing agency,
duly following the procedure prescribed for selection of outsourcing agency

 d. certifying that no other contract / outsourcing / honorarium / activity / MTS /
daily wage basis are working under the administrative control of
Commissioner of Technical Education, Telangana, Hyderabad.
2. The expenditure shall be debited to the Head of Accounts: “2203 - 00 - 001 - 00 -
01 - 300 - 302 - for HO outsourcing services”; “2203 - 00 - 105 - 00 - 04 - 300 - 301 -
for Polytechnic guest services” and “2203 - 00 - 105 - 00 - 04 - 301 - 302 - for
Polytechnic outsourcing services”.
3. The Higher Education (TE) Department, Dr.B.R.Ambedkar Telangana Secretariat,
Hyderabad, shall take necessary further action in the matter, accordingly.
