DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
This Deed of Sale is executed by and between:

WHEREAS the SELLER offers to sell the above-described

WHEREAS the BUYER expressly agrees that he/she shall
purchase the property, and the SELLER hereby warrants that its title
is free from any liens or encumbrances;
NOW, in light of the foregoing premises, and for and in

All expenses, such as but not limited to notarial, documentary
stamp and other taxes, transfer and registration fees, for the SELLER
to transfer the ownership of the property to the----- BUYER, as well as
other incidental expenses like the cancellation of lis pendens or writ
of possession annotated on the SELLER’s title, if there is any, shall
be for BUYER’s exclusive account.
