NOTE: If you do not have a drill, substitute with a tape measure and
PVC tube medium for stirring the preparation. The PVC is
recommend not to contaminate the products.
FORMULAS AND PROCEDURES
1- SHAMPOO BASE
FORMULA
1- Water 405 ml.
2-Dodecylbenzenesulfonic Acid (Black) 140 ml. 2.758
3- Liquid Soda 033 ml. .094
4-Isopropyl Alcohol 003 ml. .045
5- Nonylphenol 015 ml. .405
6- Water 405 ml.
PROCEDURE
Pour the water into a container, gradually add the Dodecyl Benzene.
Sulfonic (Black) without stopping to stir, then the Liquid Soda,
Isopropyl alcohol, nonylphenol, and finally water again. This
the process must be followed without ceasing to stir. The process comes to an end,
shaking the finished product for 5 minutes. Let it rest.
THE SHAMPOO BASE (uses)
1-Preparation of INDUSTRIAL WHITE PINE.

requirements to be marketed as LAUNDRY SOAP
(washer or by hand) with great degreasing and soapy power.

2- WHITE INDUSTRIAL PINE
FORMULA
1- SHAMPOO BASE 060 ml.
2- PINE OIL 050 ml.
3- WATER 890 ml.
PROCEDURE
Pour the BASE SHAMPOO into a plastic container, add the
Pine oil continuously shaking, lastly the water. Continue
shaking for 5 (five) more minutes.
Industrial concentrated white cleaner with a strong pine scent
performance, is recommended for cleaning floors, walls with
vinyl paint, tiles, rubber wallpaper, plastics, and mosaics.
Suitable for laundry and general cleaning.
NOTE: Dilution of 150 ml. In 5 (five) liters of water. Apply with
mop or rag.
3- AROMATIC FLOOR CLEANER
FORMULA
1-Water 1 liter
2- Texapon 006 ml.
3- Nonylphenol 006 ml.
4 - Fragrance 006 ml.
5- Formaldehyde 002 ml.
6- Color 001 ml.
PROCEDURE
To make this product, 3 (three) containers will be needed.
1- Pour water and detergent into a large main container (have
present that in this same container they will be unified

PROCEDURE
Pour into a container and continuously stir to incorporate
first nonylphenol, then the oil or gas naphtha, the
lanolin, water, fragrance, and lastly formaldehyde.
NOTE: IMPORTANT The lanolin must be dissolved before
add it to the formulation in a little oil.
This product is ideal for deep cleaning use.

5- WAX REMOVER FOR FLOORS DEGREASER
FORMULA
1- Shampoo Base 900 ml.
2- Butyl 100 ml.
PROCEDURE
Pour the Base shampoo into a container, continue shaking while adding the

6- TREATMENTS FOR MOOPS
FORMULA
1- Oil or Gasoline 800 ml.
2- Transmission Oil 170 ml.
3- Nonylphenol 030 ml.
PROCEDURE
Pour the oil or gasoline into a container, then the oil of
transmissions and finally nonylphenol.
NOTE. Remember that permanent agitation is necessary during the
formulation process
This product is used for deep treatments of moops or
of hairy ones. Made from a mixture of mineral oil and
kerosene, which guarantees the adherence of lint and particles of
dust. Except in conductive floors of operating rooms.
7- LIQUID HAND SOAP
FORMULA
1- Water 800 ml.
Texapon 200 ml.
3- Crisamida 027 ml.
Formaldehyde 004 ml.
5- Fragrance 008 ml.
6- Coloring 001 ml.
PROCEDURE
Pour the water into a plastic container and while continuing to stir, pour in.
the texapon, crisamida, formaldehyde, fragrance and finally the color.
NOTE: Liquid concentrated product, made with oils
surfactants and fine fragrances. Essentially soft, not
causes skin irritation and prevents the mistreatment of the hands.
Drastic soap with dirt, giving softness to the skin.
8- DISH SOAP
FORMULA
1- Water 750 ml.
2- Texapon 250 ml.
3- Crisamida 027 ml.
4- Fragrance 008 ml.
5- Coloring 001 ml.
PROCEDURE
Same process as the hand soap
Concentrated liquid product. Removes grease in minutes leaving the
dishes and kitchen utensils free of fats and bad odors.
9- GLASS AND WINDOW CLEANER
FORMULA
Industrial Degreaser 020 ml.
2- Water 980 ml.
3- Coloring 001 ml.
PROCEDURE
Place the water in a container. Add industrial degreaser.
Shake very well. Finally, add food coloring to taste.
9CHLORO
FORMULA
1-Water 800 ml.
Sodium Hypochlorite 200 ml.
PROCEDURE
Pour the water into a container adding sodium hypochlorite.
We emphasize the constant agitation of the compounds.
Finally, shake the formulation for 5 (five) minutes.
NOTE: High concentration laundry bleaching product,
disinfectant and deodorant. Eliminates bad odors.
10- CAR SHAMPOO
FORMULA
Water 800 ml.
2- Texapon 200 ml.
3- Crisamida 027 ml.
4- Formaldehyde 004 ml.
PROCEDURE
Pour the water, texapon, the crisamide, and finally the
formaldehyde.
Carry out the entire process while shaking continuously.
Continue shaking for 5 (five) minutes.
Liquid Shampoo. Concentrated cleaner.
11- Fabric softener
FORMULA
Water 1L
2- Cetyl Alcohol 010 ml.
3- Dehyquart 060 g.
4- Formaldehyde 004 ml.
5- Fragrance 001 ml.
PROCEDURE
In a container over the fire, pour the water. Heat the water to 70
º C add cetyl alcohol Shake.
Then combine by shaking the dehyquart and the formaldehyde. This process is
do it by shaking continuously.
Continue shaking for 5 (five) more minutes and let it rest until
let it cool down. Once cool, fragrance is added and lastly the color.
The product is continuously mixed until it achieves homogeneity.
12- INDUSTRIAL DEGREASER
FORMULA
1-Water 900 ml.
2-Nonylphenol 040 ml.
3-Butyl 040 ml.
4-Isopropyl Alcohol 020 ml.
5-Liquid Sosa 002 ml.
6-Sodium Metasilicate 030 ml.
7- Coloring Agent 001 ml.
PROCEDURE
Put the water in a container, then the nonylphenol, without
forget to stir continuously, add the butyl, then the alcohol
isopropyl sodium liquid, sodium metasilicate and finally the
coloring. Shake for 5 more minutes.
It is advised to apply it where water and soap are used.
Ideal for cleaning bathrooms, floors, doors, blinds,
kitchens, white goods, stoves, kitchen hoods, and for fats
difficult.
It is recommended to eradicate oil and fats from
automobile engines. Apply the product, leave it to act for 3
rinse for minutes with plenty of water and a brush. Excellent
results on stains on garage floors.
NOTE: This product may be offered as a degreaser or
clothes unraveler but without dye, degreaser
transparent.
