The Passion of Our Lord Jesus Christ According To Saint John 18
At that time, Jesus went out with his disciples to the olive grove as it was
custom. Judas, the traitor, also knew the place because Jesus always met there.
Judas then went to the soldiers of the chief priests and the Pharisees, and entered there with
lanterns, torches, and weapons. Jesus, knowing all that was coming upon him, went forward and said to them:
JESUS "Who are you looking for?"

JESUS. "Woman, behold your son."

RELATOR. There was a jar full of vinegar. And, holding a sponge soaked in vinegar to

REPORTER. And, bowing his head, he surrendered his spirit.
