Briefly About us

• We have more than 30 years experience in the market, being the first Romanian company that offered
employee leasing services since 1994

• We extended our services in 2006 by adding payroll and personnel administration;

• 90% of our clients are our partners for 6-10 years and we also have few clients we work with for more than
20 years(Ferrero Romania, Xerox Romania, Pfizer Romania, Motorola Solutions Romania);

• Our partners, both local and international, come from various industries such as Pharma, Banking,
Insurance, IT&C, Telecom, Automotive, Industrial, FMCG, Oil & Gas, Real Estate, Airline, Hospitality and
other

• We are currently managing:


– 250-300 leased employees, that are hired on AIM payroll and that are working for our clients;
– around 100 employees of the clients who contracted personnel administration and payroll services.

• from 2013 we provide recruitment services for entry level and specialists positions (in client
organization not only recruitment for temporary positions) for international and local companies ,from
various industries such as: IT&C, Telecom, Pharma, Banking, Insurance, Automotive, Industrial, FMCG,
Trade & Distribution, Oil & Gas, etc.

• We also provide HR Consulting related salary& labour legislation


Our understanding

Peri Romania is looking for an HR Partner who could support in identifying, evaluating and
selecting the most suitable candidates for the following open position: Credit Controller.
Responsibilities:

• Performs credit check of existing and new customers;


• Communicates actively with the customers and sorts clarifies the debts’ accounts;
• Assumes a proactive role in managing and collecting the customers’ debts;
• Prepares the documents, follows up and coomunicates the payments’ scheduling
• Sends the payments’ notifications (dunnings) to the customers;
• Monitors the payment collection;
• Performs the allocation of the payments;
• Performs clearing operations;
• Reconciles the customers’ balances;
• Monitors the debts;
• Performs the locking/unlocking of the customers in the company ERP;
• Prepares debt reports and all the relevant information;
• Provides information to the customers as well as to the internal departments;
• Prepares the necessary documents for the legal department where necessary.
Our understanding

Project evaluation

After analyzing the job description and following our discussion, we will use a multi-channel
sourcing & screening strategy, as follows:
❖ Direct search/ Networking;
❖ Database search;
❖ Online advertisement - career websites/ social platforms that are relevant to this project.

Following the evaluation process, we will recommend 3 candidates considered compatible with
the requirements of the job formulated by Peri Romania, in 20 working days after the contract
between companies is signed.
In the measure in which the short list presented by the CONTRACTOR is not accepted, the
CONTRACTOR will present a second short list of 3 candidates, within a maximum period of 30
working days.

Rules of the game

When working with us, your investment in a search and selection assignment depends
on:
❖ The seniority & complexity of the profile we are looking to identify;
❖ The availability of such profiles in the market;
❖ The type of resources invested in the completion of the assignment.
Considering the aspects mentioned above and their specifics, your investment will be as
detailed below:

Rules of the game

Please note the UNCONDITIONAL GUARANTEE mentioned in the above table, which we offer for each
candidate placed through AIM HR Outsourcing. If employment ends in less than the specified period from
the first day of work, by the candidate’s decision or by company’s decision to dismiss him/ her, AIM HR
Outsourcing will provide other qualified persons for interview with the client, free of charge.

By the “candidate’s decision” or “by company’s decision to dismiss the employed candidate”, AIM HR
Outsourcing understands professional incompetence, the decision of the candidate to leave the company or
company’s dissatisfaction related to the results the employed candidate obtained.
Our fee is payable in three nonrefundable installments, as follows:
❖ 1/3 of the value of the contract will be invoiced at the signing of the contract in order to start the
recruitment process -database search, direct search/ networking as well as online advertisement (career
websites/ social platforms that are considered relevant to the project);
❖ 1/3 of the value of the contract will be invoiced after presenting three short-listed candidates for the
interviews with the BENEFICIARY;
❖ The remaining amount will be invoiced when the hiring decision has been made for one of the
candidates recommended by the CONTRACTOR and the candidate has accepted the employment offer.
More details will be included in the service agreement between parties.
