Description
This museum will serve as a center for preserving, showcasing, and promoting India’s diverse artistic
and cultural heritage. Designed with modern infrastructure, the museum will include galleries for
traditional and contemporary art, interactive exhibitions, performance spaces, and workshops for
community engagement. By locating it in Vasant Kunj—close to educational institutions, international
visitors, and local communities—the project intends to make art and culture more accessible,
especially to youth and urban audiences, while fostering creative expression and cultural dialogue.
Intent
The intent behind proposing an Art & Cultural Museum here is to create more than just a building with
artifacts. It is to build a living, breathing space that celebrates India’s artistic diversity and cultural
richness in a way that is accessible, engaging, and meaningful. This museum will serve as a bridge —
connecting generations, traditions, and creative minds
Topic 2 : Affordable housing in Agra
Description
The proposed project envisions a well-planned residential community equipped with essential
amenities such as clean water, sanitation, electricity, green spaces, and connectivity to schools,
healthcare, and transport. Located in strategic zones with easy access to the city’s employment hubs,
the housing units will be cost-effective yet dignified, designed to promote social well-being and urban
sustainability.
Intent
This proposal aims to bridge that gap by developing housing that is financially accessible yet
structurally sound and well-connected to essential services like healthcare, education, and public
transport. The goal is not just to construct houses, but to build communities where families can thrive,
children can study without disruption, and livelihoods can flourish

Site Area : Area approx. 12.28 acre
Features: Accessible to Agra airport and Fatehpur Sikri road, underutilized land,
surrounded by residential and commercial properties.
