a legally valid and binding agreement between Backseat and Telkomsel. If accepted, arrangements shall be formalized in
writing incorporating mutually agreed terms and conditions.
• This document and its contents are expressly prepared for Telkomsel. The contents of this document are confidential and
should NOT be divulged to any third party without the prior written consent of Backseat.
• All material contained in this document will be discussed and modified as required based on the dynamic nature of the
program. A formal contract would contain the final terms and conditions as agreed to between the parties and this
document does not by its nature attempt to supersede it.
