Product Description
Wonder-Flex is two components polyurethane based 100% solid rection
adhesive with no vertical slip-on deformable substance. It is classified as R2T as
per EN 12004 and type 5 T S2 as per IS 15477 : 2019.
Field of Application
• Wonder-Flex is indented for indoor and outdoor floor, walls.
• Ideal for marble and natural stone that tends to form stains and sag in the
presence of humidity.
• Suitable for vitrified tiles, ceramics, large formats, low thickness slabs and
natural stone.
• Floors and walls in polyurethane resin, glazed tiles, cement-based and resin
floor tiles, porcelain tiles - wood, metals, rubber, PVC, linoleum, glass surfaces.

Application Methodology
Surface Preparation
• Substrates must be compact and consistent, free from dust, oil and grease, free
from any rising damp, with no loose, flaky, or imperfectly anchored parts
• The surface must be stable, without cracks and have already completed the
curing period of hygrometric shrinkage
Packs • Uneven areas must be corrected with suitable smoothing and finishing products
Mixing • Wonder-Flex is prepared by mixing together parts A and B from the bottom
upwards, using a low-rev (≈ 400/min.) helicoidal agitator, respecting the preset
ratio of 3.2 : 0.8 of the packs.
• Pour part B into the bucket containing part A, being careful to mix the two
parts uniformly until a smooth, even coloured mixture is obtained.
• The user must mix a quantity of adhesive which can be consumed within 1 hour
at +27℃.

• Wonder-Flex must be applied with a suitable, toothed trowel of the type and
dimensions most appropriate for the format and type of tiles used.
• Using the smooth part of the trowel, apply a fine layer of product, pressing
down onto the surface in order to ensure maximum adhesion.
• Press down each tile into the ribbed adhesive to allow for maximum coverage of
the surface.
Coverage, kg/m2* • Apply firm pressure to the tiles to ensure good contact and covering of the back.
• In environments subjected to heavy traffic, in external applications and
wherever high-elasticity fixing system is required, use the double-spread
technique to ensure 100% application of the product to the rear of the tiles.

With 3mm x 3mm notch trowel: Precautions

to moisture rising.
With 6mm x 6mm notch trowel: • Do not use partial quantities. A wrong mixing ratio could cause damage during the curing
