1 Scope
This document specifies the technical requirements of air performance, noise, odour
reduction factor and grease absorption factor of range hoods and other cooking fume
extractors [hereinafter referred to as "appliance(s)"] at the rated voltage not exceeding
250 V, describes the corresponding inspection rules and test methods, specifies the
contents of marking, packaging, transportation and storage, and gives the product
classification which is convenient for technical regulations.
