Course Offer an overview of methods to reduce the life cycle cost of
buildings
Update participants on legislative requirements for environmental
Objectives sustainability in buildings
Deliver an in depth understanding of GreenRE rating tools, scoring
methodology, and certification process
Assessment of The examination assesses knowledge of green buildings, the
GreenRE rating system, and the certification process.
GreenREAP The examination is divided into two sections: Part 1 is a multiple-
choice question (MCQ) test, and Part 2 is a group project.
Course
In line with our green and sustainable practices, course notes will be
provided in e-format.
Full attendance of the 23-hour GreenREAP Course
GreenREAP
Successful completion of the assessment (MCQ and group project)
Possession of a recognized Degree or Diploma in related disciplines
(e.g., engineering, architecture, quantity surveying, environmental
Application science, etc.), approved by the GreenRE Review Panel, along with:
At least 3 years of working experience for Degree holders, or
At least 5 years of working experience for Diploma holders
GreenREAP certification is valid for 2 years from the date of issuance
Compulsory attendance at the GreenRE Refresher Course (at least
Renewal once for each renewal application) or attendance at the Basic
Course (Day 1 only) of the GreenREAP Course
Requirements
Accumulation of 10 CPD (Continuing Professional Development)
points per year through participation in green building courses or
GreenRE project submissions
