I am writing to express my keen interest in the position of Assistant Professor in the


Department of Management at Symbiosis Centre of Management Studies. With a PhD in
Management from Jamia Millia Islamia and dual UGC-NET qualifications (June &
December 2024), I bring with me a strong foundation in research and teaching, particularly in
the domains of EdTech, digital inclusion, and personalized learning.

During my tenure as a Research Assistant at Jamia Millia Islamia, I actively contributed to


undergraduate and postgraduate teaching, assisted in academic content development, and
supported student evaluation. My doctoral research—“Adoption of Personalized Learning
and its Impact on Perceived Academic Performance: A Study of EdTech Industry in India”—
reflects my commitment to addressing evolving challenges in education management.

I have two research papers currently under review with reputed Emerald journals and have
presented at international conferences hosted by IIM Jammu and Jamia Millia Islamia in
collaboration with institutions from the UK and France. Moreover, my international
marketing projects across the UK, Germany, Oman, and Sweden have equipped me with
practical industry insights, which I believe will add immense value to your institution’s vision
of producing industry-ready graduates.

I am particularly drawn to SCMS’s commitment to experiential learning and industry


integration. I am confident that my academic training, research aptitude, and cross-border
