This document is developed in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2020
Directives for standardization - Part 1: Rules for the structure and drafting of standardizing
documents.
This document replaces GB/T 25819-2010 Liquid reactive black PWF. In addition to
structural adjustments and editorial changes, the following main technical changes have
been made with respect to GB/T 25819-2010:
——The clause "Terms and definitions" has been added (see Clause 3);
——The indexes of shade in colourimetry and storage stability have been added (see
4.1);
——The mass fraction index with solid content has been deleted (see 3.2 in Edition 2010);
——The indexes for water insoluble matter (mass fraction) and pH value have been
changed (see 4.1 hereof; 3.2 of Edition 2010);
——The control requirements and test method of harmful aromatic amines have been
modified (see 4.1 and 6.9 hereof; 3.2 and 5.9 of Edition 2010);
——The sampling quantity has been modified (see Clause 5; Clause 4 of Edition 2010);
——The visual estimation method has been modified (see 6.1 hereof and 5.1 of Edition
2010);
——The content of standard dyes has been added (see 6.2.1);
——The content of arbitration inspection has been added (see 6.2.2);
——The method of low-temperature dyeing has been added (see 6.2.4);
——The partial contents of marking, labeling, packaging, transportation and storage have
been modified (see Clause 8 hereof and Clause 7 of Edition 2010).

1 Scope
This standard specifies the requirements, sampling, test methods, inspection rules,
marking, labeling, packaging, transportation and storage of liquid reactive black products.
This document is applicable to the quality control of liquid reaction black products.
