Terms & Conditions:
1.As a result, you are eligible to claim a reduction on the purchase price of the above products sold by Xiaomi.
2.The purchase price reduction shall be available once a detailed report of the stock as on 01st September 2025 is uploaded on the DMS.
3.IMEIs upload on SOMS & HIPOS and not activated, will not be counted as Stock of partners.
4.Subsequently, basis the data available on the DMS, appropriate credit note shall be issued in connection to the above price reduction.
5.Stocks purchased from authorized distribution partner will be considered for Price drop CN.
6.All Credit notes are subject to Audit. Xiaomi reserves the right in case of Non - adherence to business hygiene (wholesaling, cartel formation,
fake/suspect activation, international activation, stock found in online, etc.) to disqualify/penalize/ hold the Scheme payout.
7.Xiaomi reserves the right to modify the terms of this communication & can withdraw the scheme on a days’ notice. In case of any dispute,
Xiaomi’s decision will be final and binding in all aspects.
Credit Note Calculation:
•CN will be credited net off margin & GST
