Supply power system of DC600V in railway

1 Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements, inspection methods and inspection
rules of supply power system of DC600V in railway passenger train and its components.

This standard is applicable to passenger trains and centralized power EMUs of electric
traction with supply power system of DC600V.

This standard is also applicable to passenger trains and centralized power EMUs of
internal combustion traction (except the power supply auxiliary generator sets) with supply
power system of DC600V.

It may serve as a reference for diversified power EMUs.

3 Environmental conditions

3.1 Ambient temperature: -40℃ to +45℃.

3.2 Storage temperature: -40℃ to +60℃.

3.3 Relative humidity: the mean maximum relative humidity in the wettest month is not
greater than 95% (the mean minimum temperature in this month is 25℃).

3.4 Altitude: ≤2,500m.

3.5 The vibration and shock shall meet the requirements of GB/T 21563.

3.6 The OCS voltage in electrified section shall meet the requirements of GB/T 1402.

3.7 Any environmental conditions of the train operation section not complying with the
above subclauses shall be determined by the user and the manufacturer through
negotiation.

4 Composition and technical requirements of system

4.1 Composition

4.1.1 Centralized rectification and decentralized conversion is adopted for the supply
power system of DC600V in railway train. The system is mainly composed of DC600V
power supply device, vehicle end coupler, DC600V/AC380V passenger car air
conditioning inverter (hereinafter referred to as inverter), DC600V/DC110V passenger car
charger (hereinafter referred to as charger), passenger car electrical integrated control
cabinet, battery pack, DC600V transmission and distribution wires and cables and
electrical loads.

4.1.2 The supply power system and components of train shall be designed and
