The cell is constituted with three senior members which deals with all types of grievances of staff, students
and parents to achieve settlement at lowest level, as expeditiously of the cell assures special attention to girl
students. The cell has an ‘Open Door Policy’ and the aggrieved have easy access to counselors. Regular

informal meetings ensure a cordial, secure atmosphere of motivation and trust. The efforts is to create positive
behaviour with more positive stimulus.
