Directions / rules for Students (Girls)

The disciplinary committee has set up some rules and regulations and provisions of punishment in case of
violation thereof for the girls.
1. No student is allowed to bring mobile phones. If it is found with any student , a fine of Rs. 1000/- will
be imposed.
2. If any student is caught fighting in the school compound or in van , he will be dealt with as under :
(a) Fighting causing no injury – Rs. 1000/- fine and suspense for one week.
(b) Fighting causing scratch / bruise on the body – Rs. 2000/- fine and suspension for 15 days.
(c) Fighting causing / resulting to any serious case – Rs. 3000/- fine along with suspension for 15
days from the school.
3. The girls found to be guilty of passing/making any vulgar, cheap or abusive comment verbally or in
written on the boys or acting as a messenger or a mediator will be served with the red card warning
along with one week’s suspension from the school.
4. Celebrating birthdays in the school is not allowed. So no student is allowed to bring any sweets ,
snacks or any other eatable except lunch. They are not allowed to exchange any gift.
5. Students found to be involved even indirectly in any quarrel or fight will be held equally guilty and
will incur stern disciplinary action/punishment.
6. Moving in groups is not allowed , always a line has to be formed.
7. Talking on irrelevant matters or gossiping is not allowed.
8. If you are coming with your parents or brother on your own vehicle, you have to inform to Principal.
9. No student is allowed to remain alone in special rooms (Medical Room, Art & Craft Room , Sports
Room, SUPW Room , Lab , store etc)
10. Students are not allowed to come out of the class frequently without any purpose.
11. No student is allowed to tamper with damage the property of the school e.g.furniture , window panes
, smart boards ………..
12. No student is allowed to wear narrowed pyjamas or altered uniform. No alteration in the uniform
is acceptable.
13. Students are not allowed to change their seats frequently in van.
14. Students are required to obey the conductors and drivers.
15. Students are supposed let the junior ones sit and not forcibly make them get up from the seat
16. The girls are not allowed to remain alone in special rooms.(labs, art & craft room, SUPW room,
library etc)
17. They are not allowed to wear or bring any irrelevant material (bangles, rings , bracelets, chain etc)
18. Sikh girls have to make bun (Juda) and tie dastar and other girls who belong to Hindu or any other
religion have to make bun nicely at the back of their head and tie patka.
19. If they receive any ill statement, obscene remarks /ill behavior /treatment, the same should be reported
to the Principal’s office immediately.
(Note :- Students will be fined Rs. 50 /100 ( according to the intensity of mistake ) if found defaulter about
above said rules and regulations )
