Question 1. Under section 313 of the Criminal Procedure Code, I am to put some questions to you
and you are not bound to answer any of them. If you give answer any of them your answer I write
it down and your answers may be used against you in this proceeding. Do you understand ?

Question 4:- PW3 namely, Raj Kumar Sharma deposed on dock that on 07.08.2021 about about 9
A.M in his house situated at 9 No., Guru Prasad Ghosh Lane, Kolkata-13, you assaulted him by fists
and blows on his eyes. What do you want to say ?
Answer : I am innocent. I am falsely implicated in this case.
Question 5: Do you want to say anything of your own ?
Answer : I am innocent.
Question 6: Do you want to adduce evidence in your defence ?
Answer: No.
