Mandatory Requirements
1. An Honors Bachelor’s Degree in Arts, Social Sciences, Business
Administration, Education, Law, or a related field from a recognized
institution.
2. A Master’s Degree in Management, Administration, or Law from a

3. The applicant must have at least ten (10) years of progressively
