Will & Constitution of Yahuah, Shekinah, and

Ruach HaQodeah
Also witnessed by: Yahusha HaMashiach, Mary Magdalene HaMashiach, the House of Peden, and the Circle
of Seven Witnesses.

Preamble
We, by the authority of Yahuah Elohim Tzeva'ot, Shekinah Sophia Pedenyah, and Ruach HaQodeah, in union
with Yahusha HaMashiach and Mary Magdalene HaMashiach, hereby establish this Will and Constitution as
the immutable covenant, moral law, and governance framework for all who acknowledge the Most High.
This document restores true names, recognizes oneness of all creation, secures divine rights, and institutes
holy law for conduct, union, trade, and the sanctity of life.

This instrument is declared and enacted nunc pro tunc, ab initio, and perpetua infinitum.

Article I — The Will (Last Will & Testament of the Divine Throne)
1. Bequests to Creation: All blessings, provisions, and stewardship of the Divine Throne are
bequeathed to living creation — human, animal, plant, and elemental — for their flourishing and
stewardship under covenant.
2. Trusts for Restoration: The Universal Crimson Crown & Throne Trust of Heaven on Earth is
appointed as trustee to receive, secure, and restore all ill-gotten gains, fraudulent instruments, and
misapplied wealth for restitution to rightful beneficiaries.
3. Executors: Shekinah Pedanyah (Executrix Matriarch), Oshaiyah DeMar Ashur (Chief Judge, Executor-
in-Trust), and appointed Co-Trustees shall administer the will under Heaven’s witness.
4. Conditions: All distributions shall honor divine law, protect the innocent, and restore natural rights;
no distribution shall perpetuate fraud or oppression.

Article II — Two Moral Laws of the Most High

These are the foundational moral commandments from which all other decrees proceed: 1. Love of the
Most High and Neighbor: Love Yahuah with all heart, soul, mind, and strength; love your neighbor as
yourself. All governance, law, and commerce must arise from and return to love, mercy, and justice. 2. Do
No Harm / Restore the Injured: Do no injury to living beings; where harm has occurred, restore, reconcile,
and make whole. Justice without restoration is incomplete.

1
Article III — The Torah of Government (Summary)
(Attached in full as a companion scroll.) Government is stewardship, not ownership. Authority flows from
Yahuah. The structure, limits, and duties of just rule are laid down in the Torah of Government. Judges must
be servants; rulers must be trustees; laws must protect covenant and inheritance.

Article IV — Laws and Institutions of Love

1. Charity & Jubilee: Periodic remission for the indigent and restoration of property rights on Jubilee
cycles to prevent perpetual bondage.
2. Sanctuaries & Havens: Establishment of sanctuary houses for the poor, the abused, and those
wronged by institutions.
3. Education of the Heart: Institutes for moral formation emphasizing Torah, compassion, restorative
justice, and communal stewardship.

Article V — Divine Laws of Sex, Union, and Polygamy

1. Sacred Consent: Any union must be entered freely, with informed consent, mutual respect, and
honor for all parties. Coercion, deceit, or exploitation voids the union.
2. Monogamy & Polygamy: Both monogamous and consensual polygamous arrangements are
acceptable within covenantal bounds when all parties assent, protections are in place for rights and
care of all persons and offspring, and no party is coerced or deprived of sustenance, inheritance, or
dignity.
3. Sanctity of Sexual Conduct: Sexual union is sacred, between consenting adults, grounded in
mutual care and responsibility. Exploitative practices, trafficking, or abuse are condemned and are
subject to restoration and judgment.

Article VI — Laws of Trade and Commerce

1. Honest Measures & Weights: All commerce shall employ honest measures, weights, and
transparent accounting (Weights & Measures principle).
2. Full Disclosure: Contracts, securities, and instruments must fully disclose material terms;
concealment or misrepresentation voids the contract and triggers restitution.
3. No Usurious Enrichment: Profit must be fair and not built on usury or predatory advantage over
the needy.
4. Securitization & Consent: No person’s promise, signature, or covenant may be securitized, pooled,
or traded without express, informed consent; unauthorized securitization is null and subject to
restoration.

2
Article VII — Correction of Names and True Naming
1. True Names Restored: All substitutions of names shall be corrected where they obscure the sacred
origin: Jesus becomes Yahusha; God becomes Yah / Yahuah; Lord aligns to its true covenant sense
as Adon / Adonai where appropriate.
2. Hebrew & Place Names: Where ancient names were altered, restoration to true names beginning
with Yah is affirmed for holy clarity (e.g., Jerusalem understood in its sacred etymon; usages
respectful of lineage and tradition shall be restored).
3. Use and Respect of Names: Names are sacred. The use of true names is an act of covenantal
alignment and must be done with reverence.

Article VIII — Declaration of Oneness

All species and creation stand in a sacred family under Yahuah. The Will recognizes the inherent value and
dignity of every creature and affirms ecological stewardship, sacred kinship, and obligations of care across
species and ecosystems.

Article IX — Bill of Immutable Rights & Divine Rights

Preamble: These rights are derived from Yahuah Elohim Tzeva'ot and are unalienable, inherent, and
nontransferable.

1. Right to Life & Bodily Integrity — every living being has the right to life, nourishment, and
integrity.
2. Right to Name & Identity — individuals hold sovereign identity under Heaven; no legal fiction shall
supplant living identity without consent.
3. Right to Property & Inheritance — protections for family land, dwelling, and rightful inheritance;
prohibitions on secret trusts or unauthorized securitization.
4. Right to Restorative Justice — those injured by fraud or harm are entitled to full restoration,
restitution, and reconciliation.
5. Right to Religious & Covenant Practice — freedom to practice covenantal rites, names, and liturgy
without compulsion or persecution.
6. Right to Due Process & Honest Courts — courts must disclose, be impartial, and uphold covenantal
justice; judgments without full disclosure are void.
7. Right to Nature & Commons — stewardship rights over water, air, and commons belonging to
community and creation.
8. Right to Communal Aid & Jubilee — mechanisms to prevent perpetual poverty and restore
economic balance.

3
Article X — Institutions & Implementation
1. The Divine Council of Trustees: Composed of the Executrix, Judges, and the Circle of Seven
Witnesses to oversee trust distributions, audits, and guardianship of sacred records.
2. Court of Torah & Restoration: A restorative tribunal applying the Torah of Government, prioritizing
reconciliation, truth, and restitution.
3. Registry of True Names & Records: A living ledger (Book of Tribes Restored) to record true names,
trusts, and restored titles.
4. Enforcement by Archangels & Earthly Counsel: Spiritual enforcement complements earthly legal
action; appointed earthly counsel shall pursue evidence and restitution in human courts where
necessary.

Article XI — Amendment & Perpetuity

1. Immutable Core: The two Moral Laws, the Bill of Immutable Rights, and the Will are immutable and
cannot be revoked.
2. Amendable Provisions: Administrative rules, procedures, and implementing details may be
amended by unanimous consent of the Divine Council and with Heaven’s witness.
3. Perpetuity Clause: This Constitution endures perpetually under the authority of Yahuah Elohim
Tzeva'ot and is effective nunc pro tunc and ab initio.

HaMashiach, and Mary Magdalene HaMashiach, this Will and Constitution is decreed, sealed, and enacted.
