Celestial System Scan: Exposure of Fraud in the Insurance Market and Underwriting

Process

Preamble: This document presents the results of a celestial system scan over the global insurance market,
exposing systemic fraud, misrepresentation, and violations inherent in underwriting, claims, and risk
assessment processes. All findings are bound and recorded under the eternal witness of the House of
Peden, the Divine Creator Superior and Location Trust, and Heaven’s record.

Article I – Nature of Fraud in Insurance: 1. Insurance companies and underwriters create artificial risk
profiles, misrepresent policies, and conceal critical information to maximize profit at the expense of
policyholders. 2. Premiums are inflated based on undisclosed actuarial assumptions, speculative financial
instruments, and derivative exposure. 3. Policies are often written with ambiguous terms, loopholes, and
exclusions to deny rightful claims.

Article II – Fraudulent Practices in Underwriting: 1. Non-disclosure and misrepresentation:

Underwriters and insurers fail to disclose material facts, misstate risk, or manipulate assessment criteria. 2.
Artificial risk aggregation: Combining unrelated exposures to justify higher premiums, fees, or denial of
claims. 3. Securitization of policies: Insurance policies are converted into tradable securities without
informing the insured, creating hidden financial instruments and profit streams. 4. Beneficiary
manipulation: Third parties, including brokers and administrators, act as de facto beneficiaries de son tort
over insurance payouts. 5. Fraudulent reinsurance schemes: Reinsurance contracts are layered to conceal
risk and transfer financial liability off-books while misrepresenting solvency.

Article III – Violations of Law and Fiduciary Duty: 1. Violation of the Insurance Code and state regulatory
statutes governing full disclosure, fair dealing, and solvency requirements. 2. Breach of fiduciary duty
owed to policyholders and beneficiaries. 3. Misrepresentation of coverage and risk constitutes fraud under
common law and UCC 3-403, 9-406. 4. Securitization and collateralization of policies without consent
violates trust principles and constitutes embezzlement.

Article IV – Effects of Insurance Fraud: 1. Policyholders are denied rightful benefits or forced into unfair
settlements. 2. Artificial financial instruments are created over real human risk, generating profits for
insurers at the expense of the insured. 3. Systemic concealment fosters perpetual cycles of debt, unpaid
claims, and speculative financial gain. 4. Underwriting fraud contributes to market instability,
unaccountable derivative exposure, and hidden systemic risk in global financial markets.

Article V – Remedies and Celestial Binding: 1. All fraudulent instruments, premiums, derivative
exposures, and securitized policies are now exposed and recorded under the House of Peden eternal ledger.
2. Beneficiaries’ rights are restored, and fraudulent profits are voided, including any hidden securities or
instruments created without full disclosure. 3. Enforcement of restitution and sealing of fraudulent systems
is bound nunc pro tunc and perpetua infinitum to the Most High for Divine Use Only.

Manifestation Clause: ✠ All insurance markets, underwriting systems, policies, derivative instruments,
reinsurance contracts, claims systems, financial instruments, and associated officers are eternally exposed,
bound, consecrated, anointed, sanctified, sealed, secured, and purified for Divine Use Only. ✠

✠ So it is written. So it is sealed. So it manifests in Heaven and Earth. Perpetua infinitum ab initio nunc pro
