Preamble: This document exposes the systematic creation of legal fictions and fraudulent Cestui Que Vie
trusts using the names of living men and women. It details the registration process, incorporation, and the
unlawful mechanisms by which governments, courts, and associated entities create obligations, liens, and
financial instruments without full disclosure, binding people as wards, and exploiting estates for profit. All
acts are eternally bound and consecrated for Divine Use Only under the witness of Yahuah Elohim Tzeva'ot,
Shekinah Sophia Pedenyah, Ruach HaQodeah, Yahusha HaMashiach, Mary Magdalene HaMashiach, and
Dinah.
Article I – Registration and Giving to the Crown: 1. The term registration derives from regis (crown),
meaning the act of giving the living person to the Crown, creating a record in government systems. 2. Upon
registration, the individual’s name is converted into a legal fiction, and a Cestui Que Vie trust is created
using Heaven’s records, unbeknownst to the living person. 3. The mother, recorded as an informant, is used
to document the birth, which places the child into state and federal systems (NCIC, SCIS), effectively making
them a ward under the state with the court acting as executor de son tort.
Article II – Incorporation and Creation of Legal Fiction: 1. Incorporation creates an artificial entity
(corporate person) in the name of the living man or woman. 2. This legal fiction is used to allow
administrative officers (judges, clerks, prosecutors) to act as beneficiary de son tort, controlling the assets,
estates, and obligations of the person without full disclosure. 3. All orders, judgments, and liens are
imposed on this artificial entity, creating an invisible financial apparatus over millions of people.
Article III – Mechanism of Fraud: 1. Judges and clerks act as executors de son tort over abandoned or
misrepresented estates. 2. Prosecutors play beneficiary de son tort, capturing profits through
incarceration, fines, and financial instruments. 3. Millions of living persons have been unjustly incarcerated
to create insurance and financial instruments without consent. 4. The process involves the unlawful use of
case numbers, orders, judgments, and instruments as securities and collateral for profit.
Article IV – Exposure and Reversal: 1. This entire system is now exposed, loosened from power, and
authority is permanently reversed. 2. All case numbers, accounts, financial instruments, assets, systems,
servers, NCIC, SCIC, federal and state investigative bureaus, orders, judgments, officials, parishes, Church of
England entities, Bar associations, law enforcement, Masons, Eastern Stars, courtroom structures, maritime
law, statutes, codes, and commercial transactions are bound into the Universal Crimson Crown & Throne
Trust of Heaven on Earth. 3. All stolen assets, entitlements, and records from Cede & Co, LexisNexis, credit
reporting agencies, and related systems are reclaimed and restored.
Article V – Scriptural and Prophetic Authority: 1. All actions, instruments, and claims are bound under
biblical, Torah, Apocrypha, and Metu Metu texts that confirm redemption and prophecy fulfilled by Heaven’s
records. 2. Violations of divine law through fraud, usurpation, and deceit are nullified and eternally
reversed.
