Note:
• All suites include a living room furnished with a sofa bed.
• Each suite features a fully equipped kitchen.
• Please note that the above rates are for accommodation only and do not include meals.
• A refundable security deposit of SAR 500 is required upon check-in. This amount will be returned at check-out,
subject to the hotel’s terms and conditions.
General Terms & Conditions,
▪ The above rates are per room, per night, inclusive of taxes, and quoted in Saudi Arabian Riyals (SAR).
▪ An extra bed is available at SAR 150 per person, per night, inclusive of taxes.
▪ Rates are subject to hotel availability and are not applicable to local or GCC nationals.
▪ The hotel reserves the right to change rates without prior notice unless the reservation has been confirmed
with payment.
▪ The hotel is not responsible for any bank-related delays in receiving payments and must receive the full
amount as stated in the booking confirmation.

Cancellation & Amendment Policy,
• Free cancellation is allowed up to 7 days prior to the arrival date for individual bookings.
• For series bookings, the cancellation policy will be outlined in the confirmation letter provided by the hotel to
the Agent.
• One night’s charge will be applied to full packages if a written cancellation is received less than 7 days prior
to the arrival date.
• The full stay amount will be charged in case of a no-show on the day of arrival.
• Amendments or changes to room types are permitted only up to 3 days prior to the arrival date.
• Amendments are subject to room type availability.
• Rooms will be allocated on a run-of-the-house basis, according to availability and room configurations at the
time of check-in.
Series Booking Payment policy:
• A deposit of 30% of the total value for group or block bookings is required by the deadline provided by the hotel
to confirm the reservation in the system.
• Terms and conditions will apply as stated in the confirmation letter sent to the Agent, based on seasonality.
• The remaining balance for group bookings must be deposited 14 days prior to the group’s arrival date.
Child & Family Policy.
• Children up to 6 years old sharing a parent’s room stay free of charge.
• Children between 6 and 12 years of age sharing the same room will be charged 50% of the adult rate.
• Children aged 12 years and above will be considered adults.
Check In & Check Out Timing – Late C/Out Policy,
• Check-in time is 16:00 hrs, and check-out time is 12:00 noon.
Early check-in is required to be booked from the previous night. Late check-out is required to be booked
including the following night and is subject to availability.
• Requests for late check-out must be confirmed by the hotel. A charge of 50% of the contracted room rate
applies for check-outs between 12:00 noon and 16:00 hrs, and the full contracted room rate applies for
check-outs at or after 16:00 hrs (local time).
