Any reservations made via other channels mentioned above are out of Wanderis’
responsibility.

2). For an open trip,

a. Down Payment (DP) of 30% of the total bill is needed to secure a slot.
b. The remaining payment must be made 30 days prior to departure date. Failure to pay
within the designated date will be considered as cancellation by Participants.

3). For a private trip,

a. Down Payment (DP) of 50% of the total bill is needed.
b. The remaining payment must be made 30 days prior to departure date. Failing to pay
within the designated date will be considered as cancellation by Participants.

4). DP is non-refundable.

5). Payment must be made within 1x24 hours after the invoice has been issued. If Participants fail
to make the payment within the designated period, the booking is cancelled.

6). For new booking, if the departure date is less than 30 days, full payment must be made to
book the slot.

7). Payment to Wanderis should only be made

a. Via Wanderis official website www.wanderis.id, and/or
b. Via bank transfer to BCA 2332402227 (Ayub Dwi A)
Any payment made through other channels and/or to different bank account mentioned
above are out of Wanderis’ responsibility.

8). Participants must fulfill all required documents and preconditions (PCR Test, Vaccination card,
Antigen Test, etc.) made by the government. Any rejection on the departure and/or arrival by
the local authority is out of Wanderis’ responsibility.
9). International Participants
a. Must fulfill all required documents based on the schedule and regulation from the
designated Embassy.
b. For a visa request processed by Wanderis, if the visa is rejected, the visa fee still must
be paid.
c. Any unexpected expenses, such as train cancellation, hotel cancellation, flight
cancellation, and/or any other tour expenses that occur because of a delayed
process of visa making, will be charged to Participants.

10). Participants who are

a. Younger than 12 years old on the date of first travel , or
b. Older than 70 years old on the date of first travel , and/or
c. Having limited body dysfunction or mental limitations
It is compulsory to be accompanied by family, friends, or relatives that will be responsible
during the tour.

11). Participant with the age between 12 to 18 years old on the date of first travel is considered to
be a minor and will be required to
a. Be accompanied by a parent, guardian or any other person, or
b. Give a consent letter signed by a parent, guardian, or any other person legally
responsible for the Participant

12). The accompanying family, friend, or relative must

a. Jointly and severally accepts these Terms & Conditions for and on behalf of the
accompanied Participant on their booking, including all assumptions of risk and
limitations of liability.
b. Be responsible for securing all consents, documentation and ensuring that they and
the accompanied Participant meet all legal requirements to travel, to enter into and
depart from applicable countries and regions. Wanderis will not be responsible for
any fees, damages, or losses incurred as a result of any failure to secure necessary
consents, permits, and approvals.
c. Jointly and severally responsible for the behavior, wellbeing, supervision and
monitoring of the accompanied Participant. Wanderis does not provide care services
for the accompanied Participant and expressly disclaims any responsibility for
chaperoning or controlling.
 13). In certain conditions, Wanderis may adjust the hotel, transport, and any activities with similar
levels.

14). In a condition where an Open Trip does not meet the minimum number of participants,
Wanderis will offer options to Participants at the latest 30 days before the departure date, to
a. Continue the trip by paying additional charge depends on the final number of
participants
b. Reschedule the trip to later date at maximum 12 months from the initial departure
date
c. Get a full refund by Wanderis

15). Participants are considered to be aware and to agree to the Terms & Conditions once
Participants have made the Down Payment. Participants also agree to accept additional
terms, conditions and rules that may apply and which are unique to that specific tour.
Wanderis reserves the right to change these terms, conditions, policies and rules without
prior notice.

Tour Cancellation and Refund

1). After reservation, DP is non-refundable.
2). Tour cancellation or reschedule by Participants before the departure will be subject to
cancellation or reschedule fee of:
a. 50% of the tour fee, for cancellation or reschedule 14-30 days before departure
b. 100% of the tour fee, for cancellation or reschedule 0-14 days before departure

3). If Participants are unable to depart due to any reasons before the scheduled departure date,
the refund or cancellation fee will refer to the cancellation clause.

4). Any cancellation by Wanderis will be 100% refundable.

5). Wanderis is eligible to cancel or postpone scheduled tour departures, if the number of
Participants is less than the minimum number of Participants according to their respective
tour products.

6). Any cancellation as result of force majeure (A declaration of war, riot, disease epidemic,
hurricane, earthquake, other natural disaster events, or any other events that are out of
Wanderis’ control) will follow the third parties’ (flight, hotel, boat, etc.) policy and regulation.

7). Cancellation and rescheduling of flight tickets that have been booked via Wanderis, will
follow Airline’s policy and regulation.

8). Refund will be made at the latest by 30 days after the cancellation.

9). Any flight tickets, trains, ships, hotels and other activity tickets that are unused by any cause
cannot be refunded.
Responsibilities
All Participants are responsible for

1). Ensuring that you have the proper travel documents required by the local authority in
departure and/or arrival area, such as Covid-19 free test result, citizen ID, passports and/or
visas. Passports must be valid for at least six (6) months beyond the date of departure back
home and/or following the authority regulations.
2). Checking-in for flights on time and to take up all pre-booked components of your trip.
3). Disclosing any pre-existing medical conditions that members of their party may have.
4). Supervising all equipment and personal belongings at all times and in all circumstances.

Wanderis is not responsible and cannot be sued for

1). Cancelling a trip due to insufficient number of Participants.

2). Trip delay or schedule changes, or cancellation, or reduced events, and all events that occur
beyond the control of Wanderis and/or due to force majeure (A declaration of war, riot,
disease epidemic, hurricane, earthquake, other natural disaster events, or any other events
that are out of Wanderis’ control).
3). Loss cost for delays or missing flights as a result of late check-ins. No credit or refunds will be
given if Participants fail to take up any component of the trip. No credit or refunds will be
given for lost, mislaid or destroyed travel documents.

4). Accident, damage, loss, and delay of personal belongings (luggage, cameras, bags, jewelry,
etc.), deposited goods during the trip.

5). Loss of tourist equipment by Participants. The cost of replacing tourist equipment is the
responsibility of the Participants.

6). Personal injury or death of Participants due to any reason.

7). Leaving the Participants due to illness or accident during the trip.

8). A service in a tour package that is not used by Participants for any reason.

Special Request
1). Participants who have special diets or allergies must inform Wanderis when making
reservations.
2). Any special request must be informed prior to the departure date.
3). Wanderis will always try to provide the best service possible, however Wanderis cannot
guarantee that all special requests will be fulfilled due to the existing situation and condition.
